A fun way to spend a couple hours with younger kids and it was almost empty until about 6p so we kind of had the place to ourselves for a while. Everything was clean and it's really nice to have an employee at the entrance/exit to make sure everyone leaves together and no one wanders off. Almost all of the machines/games worked and an employee was continuously walking around checking to make sure everything was working and in place. The stuffed crust pizza is better than it has any right to be... Not the best pizza in town, but definitely better than I expected from a play place for kids! It's so nice to be able to scan cards to play games and collect e-tickets instead of keeping track of tokens and regular tickets. The one negative, and it's a big one, is that it seems far too expensive to get drinks, a pizza, cheese sticks, and play games for 90 minutes. One nice thing is that we can buy a $50 Chuck E. Cheese gift card at Sam's for $38, so that saves some money.

Great customer service!!! Plenty of things to do and plenty of space to spread out. Definitely recommend stopping.

The pizza was surprisingly delicious! A big improvement from 20 years ago 😜 Chuck E Cheese was a little out of shape 😜 but the kid's had a ball! Kinda like a kiddie casino 🤔🤗 it gave me Vegas vibes 🤩,I'm going back just for the 🍕 and the salad bar🥗! Did i mention that the lemonade🍋🥤 was soooo good, not too sweet or sour but just right 😋

Update, Chuck E. Cheese has been remodeled. They now have cards with points or time to play the games. It looks nice but the problem is 25% games don’t work. Machine will say it’s going to give you 28 tickets it gives you six. It’s really frustrating when you swipe your card or tap your card and it deduction money but the game doesn’t start, so try it again and it looks more money but does not give you play. As I was doing this review my daughter tried another game he took her money and did not give her play. Most frustrating thing was we were in line buying pizza and cards. The lady next to me in line says hey there’s a coupon online where you can get 100 plays or 100 points for $20. I said great. I asked the cashier she said sorry we don’t help with stuff like that. I said OK I understand it on your website I’m sorry it’s our policy not to help with coupons. I said well can you just tell me is there a coupon I’m not allowed to say that because we don’t help with that stuff. Is it ma’am I’m just asking if there is one? Again politely smiled and said it’s our policy not to help. I said OK so I stood in line for 15 minutes by the register trying to login and get it Done . I didn’t find it but I guess she’s right, it’s not her job to buy my coupon. It would just seem to me that a business that caters to Customer Service children and people would want to help the customer. I would’ve spent three times more if she can help me with that coupon. I still spent $150. On the other hand I’m glad she didn’t help me because I would have bought more tickets to play games with our points on games that don’t work. I never leave a bad review, never unless it is just atrocious. You can look through my hundreds of reviews and I’ve only had two that were less than five stars. I’m going to revisit Chuck E. Cheese after I email the company about The situation. I’m hoping I can change this back to five stars like it was before they updated the store and policy. By the way the pizza is wonderful! I mean absolutely surprisingly excellent. They got our order wrong but the pizza we got was awesome.! I literally come here just for the pizza it’s that good. We came for a birthday party for my five-year-old niece. I’ve been here many times before since I have five kids it is a common place for me. It’s been for five years since I’ve been to this Chucky cheese. It’s nice to see they have new games, new attractions, and one low price for all the games which is one token. Birthday party went off without a hitch and the kids had a great time. I have to admit I had a good time playing ski ball myself. My 15-year-old son came to the five-year-old birthday party and even had fun so really what are your 15 or 55 you can have a good time at Chucky cheese.. The pizza is surprisingly good. Obviously it’s a frozen crust pizza but they prepare in a way that makes you feel like you’re eating a freshly made pizza. The prices for the pizzas and entrées are surprisingly reasonable. I suppose it makes sense to have a fairly priced meal so you can come and spend money in the arcade. We made our birthday reservation a few weeks ahead and had no problem getting a table. Staff is nice but facilities are clean and there are plenty of games for the crowd of kids. Even the bathrooms are clean, and that’s saying something when you’re dealing with hundreds and hundreds of children.

We had my daughter's 6 birthday here today and it was fantastic all the kids had a huge blast from start to finish. The staff was very friendly and customer service was spot on. The lady I had helping manage the party did a wonderful job keeping up with everything and being there for any questions or concerns the parents had will most definitely be going back in the future.

Incredibly expensive!!!!! 1 hour of unlimited play cost 29$ and that's only because I brought my card and bungy cord bracelet from last time or it would have cost more like 35$. Pizza is outrageous expensive. The price is only for a chez pizza and then it's around 3$ for each topping. Now it is pretty good food. We did not eat here on this visit. I was so disappointed that my kid could only get a plastic airplane (like from a gumball machine) and a lollipop when we cashed in the tickets. Yes we had fun for an hour but I am astonished at the price. This has become a once a year special treat. I do really enjoy playing the Jurassic Park game and they did have some new fun stuff in there.

This was my first time as a parent to have one of my kids birthday party celebrations at Chuck E. Cheese 🐭 & I have to say that I'm so glad we decided to do it this year because it was nice to see how much fun my birthday boy was having & it was even better because one of the few kids he invited came to his party & they were inseparable the entire time they were able to play games (2 full hours of continuous games is what any 5 or 6-year-old kids probably dream of for their birthday every year! 😆 LOL! 🤪😜🥰🙌🙌 I scheduled his party all online which was super simple& easy to do in just a few minutes! Of course, I had to pay a $50 deposit fee to hold his spot & if we had decided to go celebrate somewhere else for some reason, then I would have been out of the $50 since it's not refundable whether the party happens or not... Plus, they included 2 medium pizzas, 2 pitchers of our choice of drinks for the party kids, single cups of dipping dots ice cream, & they even let us pick a theme for his birthday cake 🎂 & to my surprise... The cake was pretty darn good & the kids loved it also! They gave our birthday boy a gold medal necklace that says "It's My Birthday" + he got a cool rubber wristband to play any game he wants for a full 2 hours!! Chuck E. Cheese 🐭 & others came out to sing & dance with the birthday party, take pix with the kids, & sang the Happy Birthday song with us before he could blow out his candles!! Oh & when you have a birthday party, they also assign a waitress to be there for our party & guests, which was a way more enjoyable experience for me & my husband to be able to just get to have fun & not have to worry about anything else... So, I can't say enough good things about our first-party experience & we also enjoyed seeing the joy & excitement of our 2 kiddos!! P.S. I have to mention that the birthday boy also was given a thousand tickets, plus however many he got from all the games they played!!

Love everything except for several games not working…. The passed few times we’ve been they are still not working. Also, it takes sometimes a minute or two to even get our cards to let us play a game like over and over and over. Trying to swipe the card to play a game so that cuts into our time. But that stuff is wonderful and nice. The store is clean. We always have a lot of fun!
