We were sat immediately and they were very kind. they gave us water and tea asap. They didn't talk much but there expressions were very kind. They took our order right at the perfect time as soon as we were ready to. The food was amazing and they served the food right away. The miso soop only had corn in it and I'm a picky eater that appreciates it. The chicken and rice is what I ordered and it was great. I enjoyed my dinner. It was very peaceful. Overall I enjoyed my time.9/10

We had a very nice time there, the staff was super attentive, there was a small mistake in one of our orders but they fixed it quickly! Some of the customers they had there were quite rude, I was kind of shocked at how some of the customers were talking to the wait staff, but they kept a smile on and did their best to please them. I hope the staff knows that they're doing a great job.

Food looked amazing. Service was outstanding however. I wished the food taste as good as it looked. The shrimp was not to my liking. The batter was not cooked as well as it should of been. The BBQ pork was very dry and had no flavor to it. The rice tasted salty. The rest of it was edible. Better luck next time!!!!!

My girlfriend and I usually have a great food experience at Chi's. However, today was very different and disappointing. First thing we noticed it smelled like a dirty mop as you walk in. As we were being taken to our seats almost every table had dirty dishes scattered about. Even my utensils were filthy, which I had to ask for another set. The food was awful. Very salty and the Chinese noodles were very dry and no taste. The soup was better than the food. My girlfriend's Mongolian beef dish was spicy beyond belief. The service was not very helpful either. The bathrooms were very dirty and needed service for sure. This restaurant will close up for sure if something is not fixed. Very disappointing 😞!!

We had a group of 4 adults for a birthday dinner. The restaurant was very clean.; nice tablecloths. The server was very helpful & pleasant. Food arrived quickly & in huge portions. We especially liked the orange chicken & Mongolian beef. No complaints at all I would recommend & return here.

Just found this place and can say that it is okay in most ways. The decor and atmosphere is less than stellar but the food was good with one exception....the soup. Both the egg flower and the hot and sour were awful. That said the rest was quite good including excellent egg foo young.

If you want a cool atmosphere with your food you need to check this place out. The food is delicious but, the service is a little slow. So please give them time. They are very nice here.

Went during lunch, good prices!
