I wholeheartedly support 5 stars and above. Friendly, very tasty, great prices, and always welcomed with a warm welcome like family. The nicest people to be around.
First of all, if I order delivery and pay for it, it’s for a reason. I have a special needs adult and cannot step out at times. I placed an order for chicken teriyaki. Not asking for much. I called because the chicken was burnt and the rice was uncooked. No flavor whatsoever. I call back and the guy I talk to says, if you want a new order you have to pick it up. I tell him my situation. After debating back and forth with him, to bring me another order. He says: I hope you tipped the driver good, because now I have to send him back. Tipped him $5 btw What kinda customer service is this!! I called back and told him I did not want the order. That I was not gonna ever order from here again. If you show no compassion from my situation, then you do not deserve my money or time.
You can taste authentic food here. If you are interested in food, come and try it. It will definitely give you a different experience.
I got chicken wings and fries, everything was burned and tasted spoiled... I went back inside the restaurant less than 2 minutes later to let them know about the food. Only for the guy in the front to state that no restaurant is perfect. They don't deserve even 1 star, the worst Chinese restaurant.
Large portion! Very affordable! Delicious food! The interior decoration is very pleasing to the eye.
Super disappointed. Everything over cooked. Dry, chewy was so bad I eneded up getting refunded. I never send back food but this was bad. Black fry ribs and trash golden finger. Won’t b back.
General tso platter was dry and rice had no flavor. It looked nothing like the pictures. Not worth it for the price
It's take-out, so asking about "atmosphere" is a stupid rating question. But the other ratings? I wholeheartedly endorse 5+ stars. Friendly, VERY tasty, good prices, and always always welcoming like you're almost family. The best around folks.
