We love China White for its sleek decor, friendly staff, and playful blend on food. Make sure you try their potato scallion pancakes as an appetizer - it's a really delicious way to start off your meal. After you've finished off your meal, try the ginger cheesecake. It's light and airy and won't leave you feeling too full.
This place is terrible and will go put of business soon. For our 8:30 reservation on a Saturday night they ran out of the duck, lobster, scallion pancakes, ribs -- to name a few. Our party of eight settled for some chicken dishes and some noodles. The food was bland and just not good. The waiter confided that the place is falling apart and the staff almost all walked out. Embarrassing.
Parking lot small. Noisy, tired looking dining room. Dimly lit. Thr place lacked verve and sparkle. Food was So So. Prefer wood to plastic chopsticks.Service tried hard. Probably will wait for the Greenwich iteration.
