I’m a huge fan of Generals Chicken, so for lunch I ordered from China Moon. I am always in this shopping center but never tried this place. Have to say this was very tasty, chicken was crispy (which it has to be) and the sauce was good. Ordered lunch, was made to order fast and I was on my way takeout. I am a huge fan of Asian cuisine, have my own wok at home and love to try to replicate what takeout I get. This was really good. Owner is very nice, I will be back for more of my “main” dishes I love.

I should’ve listened to the other reviews about this place. The diced chicken with peanuts dish (basically Kung Pao) was severely lacking in both the chicken and peanuts. There also was no broccoli and hardly any carrots. As you can see by the picture, it was basically an entire onion and pepper, that’s about it. The dish doesn’t even mention coming with onion by the way, otherwise I would’ve asked to omit them. Then again by that point, it would’ve just been peppers in a brown sauce. I also requested that be made spicy, but it wasn’t even worthy of being called mild. The sauce was also overfilled and spilled everywhere when trying to unpack the bag it came in. I received no duck sauce for my spring rolls even though I specifically requested it in the order notes. The wonton soup was okay, but tasted bland and a bit oily. Overall, I was extremely unsatisfied and still left hungry. I will not be ordering from them again and I wouldn’t suggest anyone else does either.

The house special mei fun has absolutely no flavor. The rice noodles basically soaked in water, no seasoning. The meat just a few pieces. This had no flavore either. I basically had soaked noodles in water and a few pieces of meat. Horrible, I couldn't eat it at all. Wonto soup - no flavor. This was hot water with some wontons. 🤢🤮

The food was okay. However, there was a hair in my food. When I called the restaurant to tell them about the incident, the lady that worked there was coming off as if I were lying. I have no reason to lie about a hair being found in my food. Not very good customer service.

Not a good experience today after getting Chinese here after moving to Harleysville. These people are crooks and take your money. We order two sides of spring rolls, fried shrimp, crab Rangoon and two meals. Usually in the past we were given a side of noodles and a big cup of sauce to go with some items along with fortune cookies. After getting home we notice that those items were missing and my wife called them and the person said the noodles we had to ask for which is not true because we never asked for them and still got them. She also said the noodles usually comes with soup. Those noodles are not soup garnish but a side. With the sauce they said they don't comes with those items which is not true. This person dug her own grave and lost very devoted customers. Now with the fortune cookies she said her son forgot. She is a bunch of lies. They get my two finger salute and a raspberry.

I've been going to China Moon for years. It is a neighborhood restaurant well worth your support. I am pleased that the owners have been able to continue business, despite the last year of the pandemic. The staff has always been very friendly and willing to go out of their way to provide good service. I have never had a bad meal order ordered via takeout. Check it out!

Spent $50 on food, appetizers and they neglected to give us ANY sauces, crunchy noodles, nor any fortune cookies. NEVER order here-- they lied and said you need to ASK for those things!!! Never in 45 yrs of getting Chinese takeout did I ONCE need to ASK for dipping sauces for crab rangoon, fried shrimp and everytime got at LEAST a bag (or two for this size order) of crunchy noodles. No fortune cookies? My future entails me never getting food from these crooks again.

Stopped in China Moon for the first time and overall was not impressed. China Moon is mainly a take out place. There are a few table and chairs set up inside but not a lot. I ordered take out and the ordering and pickup process went smoothly. All the food was packed well and was hot when I got home. Everything was cooked well but unfortunately that is about the best I can say. While nothing tasted bad or wrong it was just bland. I ordered Shredded Hot & Spicy Beef and asked for extra spicy and I couldn't taste any heat at all. The General Tso's Chicken did not have a zing to it either. My kids enjoyed the food and it was a good value, the portions were large for the price. Overall, I cannot recommend and will not return.
