Food used to be good here, not sure what’s happened. Ordered a frozen blueberry lemonade. It was good but as you can see in the picture no blue in sight which leads me to believe they used a syrup or flavoring, not actual blueberries. The beignets were OK. Very lackluster but only $3.5 so you get what you pay for. Ordered a cup of jambalaya. Super salty and not very flavorful besides salt. The corn bread was good. 3 stars because later in the day all I had was heartburn from the jambalaya. I typically only get that when food has been made with cheap quality ingredients, specifically tomatoes or meat. I hadn’t eaten anything else that day so it was definitely from here. Skip this place unless you’re just going for coffee and get jambalaya at Fat Cams instead.

Both their food and customer service was good. The menus are very overwhelming placed, but I liked the options. Weird atmosphere and we didn’t enjoy drinks. Their hours were nice though!

Thoroughly let down by my experience at Chicory Cafe. If you want some pretty good macaroni and cheese but the absolute worst "Cajun" food,..this would be the place for you. When I asked if they had Étouffée, had to repeat it three times and they had to ask a manager before giving me a blank stare and shrug, that should have been a clue. If you want food with Cajun sounding names but zero Cajun flavor, you might be happy here. I was not happy here. I ordered a muffalalata, first they brought it out on what I can only assume was ciabatta. I asked if they had muffalalata which is not just the name of the sandwich but the specific type of bread that sandwich is served upon. The waitress let me know the chef didn't feel like cutting up a Muffalalata loaf. She rolled her eyes and went back to clue the chef in to the fact that I'd kinda like to eat the food I actually ordered. 15 minutes later she comes back out with this travesty of a sandwich. Looking like they slapped some meat and olives on an old squished hot dog bun...cheap white bread at best. If you are going to sell a muffalalata, at least have the muffalalata bread. Entirely disappointed in this sham of a Cajun restaurant.

You order at the checkout and they bring your food to you. New Orleans menu options. The loaded Mac n cheese were huge portions and looked delicious. The quiche and breakfast sandwich were delicious, also got biscuits and gravy. The beignets were okay, I’ve had better. They have a nice patio, there was relaxing live music on a Sunday afternoon, but it was a bit loud for me.

Amazing spot to grab a bite to eat. Went for the first time and will definitely return. The fish po boy was the best fish sandwich I've ever had. Freshly fried to order, the fish was seasoned and cooked beautifully. The staff were all very polite and the atmosphere was great. Lots of breakfast, coffee, and lunch/dinner options.

F-I-N-E family coffee shop with tasty meals and Chicory coffee. Friendly General Manager and personable staff. Prices are reasonable and portions substantial - not tiny and not gigantic -- JUST RIGHT. Vegetarian options. The black bean soup is wonderful. Panera's used to be my preferred place, but when their service and menu drastically declined and I discovered Chicory, it has become my go-to coffee shop. Breakfast, lunch or dinner - sometimes twice a day. ~~~ Patio dining is pleasant and they have unobtrusive live music on Sundays in nice weather.

I enjoy going here with a friend for coffee. The staff is always great, and I love their coffee specialty drinks. The dining room is a little dark and doesn't have quite the character of their South Bend location. The food at the SB restaurant is always great. I haven't had food here, but I believe the menu is the same. They have a nice patio at this location.

I absolutely love the atmosphere and location! The servers are always nice and very helpful! If I had a complaint it would be that I hope they expand their menu in the future. The drinks are amazing and their breakfast items are to die for!!!! But I wish they had a few more items available. I would kill for just a meal with some chicken and veggies!
