We saw the rating of 3.9 but decided to give it a try ourselves. We were in town for the F100 show and made a weekend out of it. Came for lunch and ordered the 5 piece meals. I got Avocado Crema, Special Sauce, and Donkey Sauce. Husband got Lemon Pepper and Sweet Sriracha BBQ. Chicken was tasty. Fries were hot and tasted fresh. All sauces we had were so good. No wait when we came in. Gentleman walked around asking how everything was (didn't catch his name but he had some facial piercings) He was very nice and making sure everyone was happy with what they had. We would definitely return.

Food is delicious but once we got to a table that was clean which there weren't too many clean tables, the experience was cool. There was stuff all over the floor like it hadn't been swept in hours and the outside door was left standing open, so it let flies in everywhere! Our food was delicious that and the different sauces was the highlight of our dining experience!

I'm not gonna lie, I hadn't heard of this place (don't come for me. I'm old. I'm a vegetarian and I don't get out much) but when my daughter saw it was here she got super excited because she had seen it all over the internet and wanted to try it. Her and my hus and both ordered a 3 piece tender meal and I got the Mexican salad with fried chicken (so I could give my husband the chicken) and a side of fries. The tenders were huge and my bowl was stuffed and had two full size cut tenders on top. It came with two different dressings as did their two meals. Each one we tried was very good and they really enjoyed the chicken. The fries were seasoned and tasted amazing! The restaurant itself was packed but we got our food really fast. It is hard to find seating as other people have said but I don't think that merits dropping the stars down because any restaurant can fill up, let alone one that is right off a main tourist area designed to be a quick serve establishment. If anything that just shows there is something special inside. The portions were big enough that everything couldn't be finished. If you are considering it I would definitely say go in.

Great experience! The food was great and service was super fast. The person that helped us was Andrew and he was fantastic to meet, his energy was so fun and welcoming. Also, as someone with a food allergy - I have to add in that he was incredibly knowledgeable and definitely boosted my confidence in ordering, which unfortunately is not always the case with trying a new restaurant. I really enjoyed everything about our experience and will definitely come back. Also - the chipotle ranch sauce was SO good.

The French fries I got in Gatlinburg on our most recent trip were the best I had during our trip. Crispy on the surface, excellent within, and perfectly seasoned. Our large group of people all enjoyed their meals. Ranging from Chicken Tenders to the Crispy Fried Chicken Sandwich. The prices were lower than I had expected, and the service was very quick. The facility was clean with plenty of seating . . . unless people linger after they are done eating. The grandkids enjoyed many games in the arcade.

Hands down the highlight of our visit!! Jordan was exceptional!!! Explaining stuff, recommendations & helping us with a digital coupon. He even told us the story behind donkey sauce!! Loved it!! He is a great example of customer service!!! Food was excellent!!! Fry coating was so good!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Youve taken chicken tenders to a whole new level!! Prices weren't to bad either!! Especially with a good coupon!! Keep up the great work!! Hats off to Jordan!!

We went in not knowing what to expect from this place but we recognized Guy. We all got a 5 pc chicken tender. It came with 2 sauces of your choice, fries, drink, and chicken. The chicken was HOT and fresh so no problems in that area...size wise...huge. we honestly could have done 3 or 2 pc each and been good bc we took 5 home. Fries were decent but was still hot. Sauces great. The establishment was a little small and self seating (which is fine) but for the place to be in the heart of Gatlinburg you basically had to have someone save your seats or run to a spot that had enough seats for your party. Kinda awkward. But over all this place was cool. The staff was courteous and helpful. Clean even though it was crowded so that was a plus.

I hate leaving bad reviews but this was by far the biggest disappointment ever! I had been nagging my husband for 2 years to take me there since we saw that it was being built and now that I've tried it, I'm so disappointed. It's guy fiery, he is a food critic that shows us the best places to eat but yet this is the most basic and bland food I've ever had. The place itself is in an amazing location, its presentation is amazing, but the menu is super basic. It's just chicken tenders or tenders on a bun. I tried 4 different sauces and nothing special at all. The cashier was super energetic, friendly and helpful but the back of house staff was all in a bad mood complaining everytime a new order came up. The chicken tenders were super basic and bland. I love food and I will never waste food but I threw more than half of it away and ate ramen noodles instead of how gross it was. Maybe it was just the quality tonight but I won't waste $20 on chicken tenders just to be disappointed again. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
