Went a few months ago and got a sandwich with very little chicken, all breading. Figured it was a fluke and let it go... went back tonight thinking i'd give it another shot and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. When i pulled up to the window I was told to wait curbside as they were "holding spicy chicken". Waited curbside for 15 minutes before deciding to go in to check. Staff member apologized and handed me a bag, which upon returning home ended up being the wrong sandwhich... Honestly the sandwhich looked and tasted as if it had been sitting under a warmer for far too long and the bread looked moldy on the bottom which I wish I had realized before taking a couple bites. Wouldn't recommend.
I stopped here on my way home from work looking for a good meal to bring home. The food was fine. However I was under the false impression that service at chick fil a was supposed to be friendly and welcoming. I felt like SUCH a bother when I arrived in the drive through. The employee met me 20ft before the menu and seemed inconvenienced when I let him know I needed to check the menu to see what I wanted first (I have been here 1x before so I don’t have a “usual”) Then when I got to pick up my order I asked if the chicken bites came with sauce and the two employees kind of snickered and said “no only if you ask” to which I replied “okay ….” Assuming that I had just in fact asked, which they replied with “so are you asking?” Not sure if I was missing what was funny, but I didn’t find the interaction funny or charming and I likely won’t return to this location.
I LOVE NICK!! his service was amazing and he had the prettiest smile. 10/10 experience. would very much recommend coming here!!
Chicken is always delicious. Service was quick. Employees are constantly cleaning off tables and sweeping floors and stocking the condiments. Plenty of room in dining area, so you don't feel crowded. There is also a small indoor playground for the children
I always want Chick-fil-A to be 5 star - the people are really nice - but for some reason something is always wrong with the order - always just something, usually a small thing, but something is wrong. Order Large fries, get Medium, something missing, wrong items on order, drink wrong - never all wrong at once but get all the way home to find some issue - so now we don't leave the parking lot until we double and triple check the order. Food wise - its good and better than most - but not 5star compared to the pricing. Still like to go here and the double drive through with the staff outside really helps it go fast.
Chick-fil-A is a fantastic fast good restaurant!! The chicken and the fries are Ace in my book!! Tasted so good, unbelievable but true!!! Clean restaurant, very busy both inside and drive thru, but worth the wait!! Handicapped parking, entrance, and rest room!!
Don't bother with this Chick-fil-A location. They consistently forget some parts of my order: sauces, tortillas strips, mac and cheeses, soups, drinks, whole entrees, etc. Also, the bacon is always undercooked and chewy, the salads always have wilty lettuce pieces in them, and they make shakes early so that they can sit around and melt by the time they hand them to you. It is extremely frustrating to have to park in the drive thru and literally check every part of an order or risk getting home to find many things missing. This place has messed up my order the last four times I've been there. I won't come back to this location.
Food and service were top-notch. The grilled nuggets were especially delicious. Highly recommend this location.
