User Reviews

I love their iced coffees here and the spicy deluxe was delicious. The sauces compliment the meal. Brianna at the window was very kind and informative with everything.

Great service but when I needed help they just kinda of looked at me and didn’t open the door while customers were still inside ordering after. For context my dog threw up and they opened the door quickly to some other people but that’s alright forget it

This Chick Fil A has nice staff, good quality food and accessible parking but about 75 percent of the time my order is wrong and they put the wrong order in it. It really is annoying driving all that way and paying a good amount of money for something you don’t even want or like. Last time I went the order was right on the receipt but they gave me the wrong sandwich.

Chick-fil-A on Fellbrook Ave consistently delivers top-notch service and delicious food. Their chicken sandwiches are a delightful blend of crispy and juicy. The ambiance is clean and welcoming, and the staff is always courteous and efficient. A reliable spot for a quick, tasty meal.

I like this Chick-fil-A alot. The owner is usually there and makes sure that orders are right, and customers happy. Food is good and the seasonal drinks are great.

Pretty good, went here after a long time of not having Chick-Fil-A and the food was pretty good. I wish the price was a bit less but would still go here again! Especially since this place was really built nice!

Have gone to this location a couple times in December and January this place has gone way downhill food is terrible chicken is old sitting for long time over cooked can’t get cheese I wanted out of tomatoes twice parfait all 3 times terrible without fruit or only a few pieces of fruit and half full of yogurt only; server drops sauces down on floor of car under seat and doesn’t apologize Forgets to put extra tomatoes and pickles all 3 times what has happened to what use to be a great place?

I can't believe I'm writing a review for a Chick-fil-A, but this is by far the worst Chick-fil-A location I've ever been to in some 15 years of eating at dozens of different locations. Just in the last 6 months: -Ordered a breakfast item that they ran out of before filling my order, so the employees threw some basic chicken nuggets in a box and gave it to me without telling me they were out of what I'd ordered. Charged me the higher price for the item I actually ordered. Had to contact corporate for a refund. -Lost my order between the drive-thru speaker and the pickup window. I mean I literally ordered at the speaker, drove around to the window, waited my turn behind a couple cars, and was told they did not have my order in the system. Told me to wait in a parking space, then they waited a solid 10 minutes for a lull in the drive-thru line to finally bring my order out. -Made an error (my fault!) in a mobile order. You can't contact the restaurant, because the app doesn't have a contact feature, and their phone just loops back to the menu if you select "speak to a manager." Went inside and employee's response to my question was super condescending and rude - because I'd interrupted him and 3 other guys who were standing around the lone woman filling orders, trying to chat her up. (I've been told that "nearly every employee here is under 20" and yeah, we can tell.) -This location started charging a "10¢ paper bag fee," claiming it's state-mandated like grocery store bag fees. You can't bring your own bag to avoid the fee because they say it violates state health code. But in reality, the state bag fee only pertains to retail stores - because you can't encourage people to use reusable bags if your business isn't allowed to accept a customer's reusable bag. No signs are posted to advise customers at time of purchase of the fee, it's just hidden on the receipt. They claim you can "just ask" to have it removed, but you'd better catch it before you leave because remember - their phone doesn't work! Have fun standing in line inside to get your dime back. Seriously if you really want Chick-fil-A just go to Ventura & Winnetka. They're not perfect either but they aren't nearly as bad as this location.
