Chick-fil-A is my absolute favorite! Their chicken sandwich is unparalleled. The family-friendly atmosphere and attentive staff create a welcoming experience. I can't resist their delicious chicken nuggets, and the seasonal peach shake is a must-try. Chick-fil-A never disappoints!

Chick-fil-a has become my favorite drive thru joint to get food. Their menu options have a wide variety of food items. I like coming here for their salads. I recently tried their milkshakes, and oh my, are they good! I got the peach milkshake 😋 Customer service is top notch ALWAYS!

A solid place. Team members are friendly, knowledgeable, and competent. Their execution is spot on. The food is quality. Their business model is solid. They are patriotic. Tough to find a place that is in the same circle as Chick-fil-A. Keep it up!

Food was great and the team were very nice and helpful. But they had been busy and were not keeping up with trying to keep the dining area tables clean. Even though about 6 employees stopped and ate supper togotger. Which I think is great for that team. But they could have cleaned up quickly first. Also the play area was closed and since we were traveling we had hoped our granddaughter coul burn off some energy in there.

We usually love CFA, but our visit passing through West Des Moines was rather disappointing. While we had a decent fast food meal, the experience was not up to par with the high standards that are typical of the franchise chain. With 2 toddlers on a road trip, we specifically routed to this location for the play area. However, upon arrival, we found that the play area was closed and being used for storage. This was standard during “unprecedented times”, but a little odd to still find that the case, especially considering the main entry boasted a face-full of shelving, cardboard boxes, and excess catering items. Likewise, our table sat next to a third makeshift closet that housed winter attire (our visit occurred in August). In front of the closed play area was a long table reserved for staff on their break (not a bad thing). But because there were so many areas sectioned off, the remaining eating area and tables for the guests felt cramped and unwelcoming. The dining area itself was untidy – nothing terrible, just uncharacteristic of a normal CFA. The AC did not seem to be working, and it felt stuffy. The staff were generally cordial, but as a patron, I felt like we were in the way. I realize we were there during dinner-time rush. And had this been any other fast-food chain, I wouldn’t think twice about these seemingly petty things - just not our normal Chick-Fil-A experience.

Always a consistent quality experience. Great associates reflect on great leadership! They have a process which gets people through the order and pickup process in minimal time, and the order has always been correct!!

Dine in is a joke, not going back there again, and I felt the staff wanted to kick me out right after I ordered my food. I expected my food to be served on a tray. Instead, I was handed a get out of my restaurant bag. You lost a loyal customer. When dining in a restaurant, it is common sense to serve meals on a tray instead of hand customers a get out of my restaurant bag. That is how I felt when my meal was handed to me in a bag. You want to dine in at this place and look around to see how they severe other customer's. If you see everyone a bag with a dine in receipt on it, walk away they are not customer friendly. Proof is in their behavior.

My goodness this Chick-fil-A is one of the cleanest restaurants I've ever been in. It would be an understatement to say that the staff is sincerely friendly and accommodating with their uniforms cleaned and pressed. Every staff member looked you in the eye and greeted you with a smile. Eating at Chick-fil-A is unlike any other fast food restaurant in that the Staff All Care about how the customers are treated and cared for. I can't say enough about this amazing franchise and the owners. Thank you for such a pleasurable dinning experience.
