Breakfast Menu "Chick-fil-A" West Columbia

For months my buddy has been saying try chick fil a for breakfast. I'm a truck driver and there is never one close to semi parking. we'll today I got to try the mini chicken biscuits. o.m.g. it's so good. the sweet bread is amazing. can't wait to try more.

Sat and waited while many orders filled through the drive through. We were basically the only ones in the dining room at time of order except someone already eating. Lots came in after us. We finally asked about our food and drinks even though I saw the drinks being made while we were ordering. Food came, fries not hot and not full, sandwiches were barely warm so they could not have been waiting on them being cooked. And when we finally asked about our food, it was at our table about 1 minute later. I suspect it had been sitting and waiting for whatever. I called, left a message for Britt Sims, the owner whose name is on the ticket. Instead, a manager called a few hours later and I felt like she was reading a script in her response. It felt very empty. I generally don't have this kind of experience with Chic Fila and even tried to rationalize the amount of waiting time due to the shift to lunch from breakfast but to have spent money on a brand new remodel and come back with this kind of customer service is pretty sad.

Just when I thought their chicken sandwich couldn’t get any better, they added pimento cheese to it. Dear Lord. I really am in heaven!! I’m wondering though if I can order a side of warm pimiento cheese to dip my waffle fries in…mmmmm……

MacKenzie and Nicole were great. Food was fresh and well prepared as usual. Great friendly drive thru experience.

The food has gone downhill at all the locations we've visited recently. I haven't had a fresh meal or a positive reaction to the food in months. I remember when ChickfilA was the best fast food. Now it's just mediocre. The new renovations were nice, but the place was a mess, and the floors were sticky. The nuggets were cold and chewie. The fries were just barely warm enough to be passable. I would've said something to management, but I shouldn't have to. Wish they could get back to being great again. Ho Hum at best.

Waited in line for 15 minutes in what is supposed to be "fast service". Ended up leaving without my food that I had paid for. You all think this new system is faster but it really isn't.

The restaurant is nice since being remodeled, but there didn't seem to be enough staff out front to keep it clean 😐 even the trash was overflowing. My grilled chicken tenders looked like they cleaned the grill with them. My advice is don't go at the busiest time if you want a good experience.

This location prior to the remodeling was awesome! In and out! Now they are slow and have one person passing the drive thru items. I'm current in the line with my food but there is a car in front of me. I loved the way your company met the challenges of COVID. Your drive thru concept was the best! Please get back to that! I would love to give you 5 stars.
