Chick Fil-a is always Great! Loved that this location congratulated it's graduates. Not sure if they worked there or just local graduates, but it was nice!

This is by far the top one that I have ever visited. They were clean, courteous, and efficient. The lady came out and had fresh pepper for my salad. I really felt like I was at a 5 star restaurant. All other franchise owners need to take notes of this location. They really have the game down.

Generally the food was good. Waffle fries were delicious. I was a little disappointed in the size of the chicken in my sandwich. Smaller than the bun. My husband loved his grilled chicken sandwich though. The staff was pleasant and helpful. My grandson loved his nuggets.

Can't stand the long wait in the drive thru. I only pick up food for my kids who enjoy the nuggets and chic-fil-a sauce. If it weren't for them, I would not waste time going here. The staff and service is fine, I just don't think waiting 15 minutes in drive thru lines is worth it.

I come here rather frequently and service of staff is always exceptional. Specifically today, I came for lunch and was greeted at the window by a young lady in a red checkered shirt. I can’t imagine how many people she encounters each day! She is always so welcoming and so sweet on each of my visits as I’m sure she is to everyone else. It is always a pleasure!! Give that lady a raise!!!

Everything was on point. Speed of service. The quality of the food and the order was correct. The staff was friendly and nice. Really good experience and very good food. Highly recommended!!!

I have only been to 3 chick-fil-a in my time....while passing this one in berlin nj. I said let's see what all the hippe is about....not a long line of car maybe 6 at 1:30 pm...I ordered an 8 piece breaded chix nugget...got home and to my surprise said this can't be what everyone is raving about....very seasoned....but extremely very very small....my employees at work thought I was crazy as they love this chix concept...when I brought the chix in to show....they fell to the floor in shock....on our professional scale we weight the product I paid $5.35 it weight was .19th of a lb...not even 1/4 Let's hope this was just an oversight. I'll address with management once open on Monday. Enjoy life and eat happy

This is the only bad Chick-fil-A I've ever been to and I've been to many across the country. Chick-fil-A is known for their customer service and their employees saying, "My pleasure." Don't expect that at this Chick-fil-A. I asked for two extra bowls and forks so I could split a mac and cheese side among my children, but the employees really didn't like that request. I've done the same thing at Chick-fil-A's in California, Utah, Texas, Virginia and never got any pushback, but apparently that raised a red flag at this Chick-fil-A. I asked them why they couldn't give them to me and they said it would mess up their inventory. I guess that means that at this Chick-fil-A they count all their bowls, cups, utensils, etc. every night and if it doesn't align with how many they received minus how many they sold, they go out of business based on their reactions. They kept asking other people if it was okay, and the third or fourth person they asked said it was fine, which shocked everyone else working at this location. Every other Chick-fil-A in the country I've been to in the country doesn't do things this way, but this one is really special and is very particular about their inventory. If you're going to this Chick-fil-A don't ask for anything special, you might ruin their precious inventory system and run them out of business. After the "fight" for two extra bowls and forks, I forgot to remind them that they hadn't given me the sauce I asked for, but they probably wouldn't have given it to me even if I had reminded them. I don't know if they give away sauce at this location. They might have to call Chick-fil-A headquarters to get permission for that.
