Breakfast Menu "Chick-fil-A" Waterloo

I went through the drive thru and it was very fast. I thought it would take awhile being the 6th car in line. Someone walked to my car all the way in the back and took my order. I was probably only there for 5 minutes from start to finish. Spicy Chicken Sandwich Deluxe Meal 8/10 - nice and crispy with a little heat. I had waffle fries and a diet Dr Pepper. Waffle fries- crispy and paired well with the sauces Polynesian sauce Sweet and spicy sriracha

Excellent and quick service with even better food. During rush hour they add workers underneath their new overhang for the drive through, to take multiple orders and expedite the process. Dine in is now wait to be seated, where they take your order while seated. Has turned into an interesting mix between fast food and dine in restaurant.

Someone in management decided it would be a better "dining" experience to wait at the front, look around for somebody to see you there, then hand you a menu and a number for you to seat yourself, then wait an unspecified amount of time for someone to notice that you're waiting, then place an order when you're at the table, then wait for your food to get there. This was a terrible idea. If I wanted the Denny's experience, I would have gone to Denny's. I want to be able to go up to the counter order my food, get it, and seat myself. The drive-thru would've been 10 times faster. The amount of time we waited to place our order while sitting in the dining hall was ridiculous. I finally flagged down a young lady who was in the middle of cleaning the bathrooms. She quickly got out of her cleaning gear and made her way over to our table. This model is terrible. Get rid of this idea and go back to the way it was. People come here because the food is good and the service is quick. Once you take the speed out of the service, I can get good food at other places where I want an actual dining experience. As I'm writing this, my food is STILL NOT at my table. I've been here 30 minutes. Never again.

The dine inn experience is terrible. They have a system where they create an excessive amount of wait time for the client. First you wait to seated. Secondly you wait for someone to take your order. Finally you wait around for your food. This is a bad idea. Please fix it and do what every other chick file a does across the country, quick and great food at a reasonable price.

My experience at the Chick-fil-A in Waterloo, IA tonight was fantastic! They offer ordering from your table. When I came in, they asked if I was dining in and then had me pick a place to eat in the restaurant. Then someone came to my table, took my order and then delivered it to my table minutes later. I’ve never had a fast food experience like this. It was great to not have to wait in line to order my food and then find a place to sit. Very good service by the entire staff and everyone was super friendly. Great dining experience for a fast food restaurant. Enjoy!

Went thru drive thru had to pull around and wait 15 mins. For our food. Chicken was fatty and tasted like grease. Buns were squished flat and soggy. Usually go to the chickfila in port Charlotte Fl and we have never been disappointed there. Been to this one 4 times and this is the first time it sucked.

The staff is just awesome! So friendly and helpful, very busy but everyone one was smiling. The company/manager is doing a wonderful job starting these kids on their path to future employment!! Will come back, definitely!! Thank you
