I ordered through the drive-thru 6.30. Once I got home, I realized my order was not correct. I ordered a number 2 with no tomatoes and sub a multimedia bun. I did not have my pepper jack cheese nor lettuce. The strips were overcooked. The bread was broken all up. I attempted to call and speak with a manager about this experience. Brittany answered the call. She announced herself as a Manager. Before I could share my experience, I was put back on hold with no warning. I called back twice, but nobody answered. This is straight ridiculous. I think I'll stick to my Chick fil A closest to me. Please check your order before you leave.

Every single time I have ordered more than one sausage, hashbrowns scramble bowl from the Chick-fil-A on Watson. They have filled my bowls only halfway. But when I’ll only order one, the bowl is full this has happened to me on more than three occasions.

Always busy and always attentive to their customers!! You might wait a minute but it's worth it and it's not just here's your food come again you get table service too!! Charity refilled drinks, made polite conversation and made sure I had everything I needed!! Chickfila you are amazing food and customer service!!!

I tried to order a cobb salad(one of two salad options). I don’t eat pork, so I asked to take the bacon off and substitute it for extra egg. They tried to charge me an additional .70 when I was not getting extra food. I asked for the manager, who looked like he was maybe 19) and he told me the egg was more expensive than the bacon and he refused to overide the .70 up charge, which is the right thing to do for your customer in this situation. He let me leave and lost all my business for $.70. Anyone acting like that has no business being a manager. Chick-fil-A is known for excellent customer service, but this location’s manager had terrible customer service skills. He admitted that he had an override code and could take off the up charge and stubbornly told me he wouldn’t. This no reason for this stubborn bad customer service. This guy should be demoted or fired for his unwillingness to do his job as a manager and take care of a reasonable customer service request. I left over .70 because I won’t give my money to an establishment that doesn’t care about its customer.

Chick fil a is always amazing, they are always fast and friendly. It's a shame they moved the old one. However If your confused about the picture of toys r us. Toys r us was here but demolished and a chick fil a took its place hopefully google will update it. Anyways amazing food and great service never had a problem.

The African American woman with the glasses has terrible customer service. Very unlike chic-fil-a. My wife and I have both had separate encounters where she has been rude and off putting. Everything else is fine.

I wasn't thrilled by anything. They had three employees outside working the lines. One staff member was leaning against the pole waiting on the car to pull up to her. She was very sweet and pleasant. The young lady passing out food was cheerful and smiled the entire time. I was disappointed in the food. None of my food tasted fresh. Fries seemed old and refried for temp hotness. Nuggets were overcooked and taste weird. New store looks good but still needs time for me. I'll eat at the other locations for a few more months. Update: I tired out the delivery service here for the first time. Considering I work in the same plaza (one minute from CFA) I had hoped that the food would be fresh. Very disappointed in the fries, some were overcooked and old looking. I'll give them more time to get quality together.
