The Filthiest Most Disgusting restaurant experience that I've had in a long time, happened at Chick-fil-A on Watson Blvd. It happened on a day when they had about 8 people OUTSIDE on tablets, running around, taking orders, and payments (*the worst time to go there, actually *). FIRST off, their little drive-thru "runners" approach your vehicles like they're AFRAID or TOO GOOD to be a walking up to cars taking orders. SECONDLY, usually on these days they leave items out of your order, as they run around, trying to be more efficient. LASTLY, you get home only to find that they've put a DISGUSTING sandwich topped with a BUG in bag. I was so disgusted, yet too tired to get back in the car and go back to the restaurant. So, I called and spoke to "management". She said she'd write down my information in the book, keep my receipt, and come back for replacement. About a week and a half later I came back, only to find that my information was NOT in the book. In addition, they DID NOT want to replace my meal. They said, "We only replace the sandwich, because that's what was messed up ". Sir/Madam, I PURCHASED A MEAL! When I received my meal with a bug on my sandwich, MY MEAL WAS RUINED. You should have offered to replace my meal, PERIOD! So, after a little back in forth I was offered some fries. I wanted a drink also, but they wanted me to PAY for the replacement drink to my meal. I said, just forget it. So, I wait for my sandwich and fries. I get in the car to find that they gave me basically a cup of fry crumbs. I'm guessing they really didn't want to replace my fries. Basically I suggest that you don't believe the hype. Chick-Fil-A has trash food and service just like any other restaurant, despite the high praise they get. I eat out EVERY DAY, up to 3 times a day and I suggest that people start finding time to prepare their own food and eat at home. These restaurants are focused on taking your money and NOT on hiring competent staff and putting out quality product and service.

As an evacuee from Hurricane Irma, I thought I could count on quality food from one of my favorite places. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Chick-fil-A in Warner Robbins, GA. I first went to the mall to get breakfast, and come to find out, they don't have eggs at this location, yet they are open for breakfast. Seriously? I then went to the one down the street and got one of the Sausage Breakfast Burrito's and this is the quality that I received (see attached image). I guess I will have to look for another place to eat breakfast while I stay here.

We all love this place!!! Very clean, food is great!! Kids gets to play at the playground . The staff are very kind too... They provide excellent service to the costumers!!

Ordered my food online for pickup in the drive thru. It took me about 10 minutes to drive there and when I arrived, my food was not ready. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes. When I asked about my order, I found out that it was given to the car behind me. The worker got it back, I asked for another salad. However, they presented the same salad. Poor communication among their workers.

I’m normally not the one to complain especially when it comes to chick fil a, I love the franchise. This is my 4th time having a bad experience at this particular location, it took me 4 times to post a complaint on here. I come here often to buy my employees breakfast and haven’t had any issues in the AM, but afternoon and evening have a hit or a miss customer service, either the employees forget about your order or they act like they don’t want to be there. About a week ago I waited 25mins plus because they forgot about my spicy chicken deluxe, employees approached 2 times and asked what my name was and what I had ordered after the payment was made, things happen I understand. Today the speed wasn’t bad but 2 rude employees that were handing out the orders seemed lost and rude wasn’t professional. Sorry chick fil for this 3 star review I really enjoy you guys but customer service at this location is not the best. Hopefully when changing locations to Russell will help with better staffing.

Played a game of drive-thru roulette this evening. You know, where you place your order and drive around. They hand you a bag or two with food sticking out the top so full that you are unable to close the bag to protect your food (or carry it) even if you wanted to, much less see in the bag for a quick verification. Then you drive off with the utmost confidence that they actually gave you every item that you ordered (and paid for). I wish I could tell you it’s the first time I’ve lost at this game. Mistakes happen, we’re not perfect, and neither the employee nor the innocent chicken will lose their salvation over this; but heed my advice, check your order before you even think of letting your foot off the brake. In fairness, when this same thing happens at a McDonald’s, you can trust that the Lord is just looking out for your health, but here... He’s wanting to teach you diligence, thoroughness, patience, and follow-through. So, check that bag(s). Sorry about the one-star, but you came by it honestly. Since it wouldn’t let me follow this up with a 5 star to tell about all the things they consistently get right, I’m changing this to a 3 star. But still... check your order.

Have never had a bad experience at any Chick-fil-A that I have been to and this location was no different. The staff were helpful, courtesy, and polite, and the food was supreme. God's chicken is always a delight, no matter where I go! (4/15/22) The food is still great and the service there has gotten even better!!

Avoid all CFAs in the area, as they owned by Pat Braski. All of his establishments serve undercooked limp fries that only fill half the box, serve out chicken that has been sitting out on the counter for too long and drinks packed to the rim with ice (meaning no actual liquid to drink). They bag the food so fast that it is sitting on the counter for however long it takes for you to finally make it to the window. This is how my orders go about 90% of the time. And I'm checking my food as I'm driving out of the parking lot, not 10 mins later. I hardly go but try to give them a chance and it usually always goes very bad.
