This was my first time trying Chick-fil-A 3 years ago and never looked back. This location is very clean and the service is top notch. Everything here is fast, efficient, and the quality of the food is impeccable. Very friendly staff and a staple of what Chick-fil-A believes in as far as customer service is concerned. By far the best location I have been to in the country.
This review is solely based off of my catering experience. (Obviously this means I love Chick-fil-A lol). It was great! Setting up was a breeze on the app and delivery was right on time! The food was all packaged very nicely and it was still very fresh. Will definitely be placing more catering orders though Chick-fil-A in the future.
This place is a cluster fu**!! They had a gentleman that was named Jeff, or Jess. He was the manager. But he isn’t anymore apparently. YOU CAN TELL! It’s a nightmare. Here was the line, as you can see NONE. And my food had a hair in it! Like what are we doing. I didn’t even get fresh food. It was whatever was leftover, soggy cold fries. Amazing!! Great job CFA!
10 years ago to the day you showed me a kindness that I continue to pass on to others. There I was standing in line, unbeknownst to me broke, trying to order a meal to calm my nerves. Standing in line with a suit that didn't fit so well, heading down the road for a job interview that would change my life. Thank you for showing me a kindness I'll never fully repay. When my card declined instead of saying "next" you offered me the meal on the house with no expectation of return. Today I look back at this pivotal moment in my life and ask "what if?" Thank you for offering me empathy in a moment of weakness. Thank you for showing me grace when I deserved none.
The food was great and hot. No complaints. I saw your sign about please be kind to our drive through staff, awesome idea, how about a thank you or my pleasure. The gentleman taking our order was good, the girl handing us our food...RUDE. Even after we said thank you, she just turned her head and walked away. We did not ask for this hot spice dip and said so, it's a shame it went in the trash can, what a waste. We only wanted Chick FIL A sauce. Only Mr. Carroll sauce will do .
Our last 4-5 visits have been negative. This time we received our food and told the guy that we were still missing our drinks. He said okay and then went right back to the register and continued taking orders. After 10 min of thinking he was going to return we had to go up there and complain to get our drinks. Very similar bad experiences to this the last 4-5 times I've been here. Unfortunately my kids love this place or I would have stopped coming here long ago.
Perfect as usual. Pretty hard to have a bad experience at a Chick-fil-A. Service is always great and food is always consistently perfect. I've only had one sub par sandwich from any Chick-fil-A in 30 years and even that one was still pretty good. I don't think there's anyone around that doesn't already know how good this place is. Just reviewing because the staff deserves a 5 star review for their efforts.
Just got the food here for my son few minutes ago and unbelievable there's a bug in the bag. Please clean up and check before give it to us. Thanks
