Breakfast Menu "Chick-fil-A" Victorville

BUG IN MY FOOD. Terrible management skills(JESSICA). I ordered a spicy chicken deluxe meal w/ an orange juice in the drive thru - I received a regular chicken sandwich w/ American cheese accompanied with soggy fries. I immediately brought it into the store and requested what I had ordered and for the fries to be remade - they gave me my order and I asked for a cup of ice for my OJ. As soon as I get back to the car I notice it’s the same fries, but I didn’t go back in because I got my sandwich this time. My sandwich is soggy because they put extra tomatoes (for whatever reason possessed them to do so) I get about halfway when I bit and had a crunch with a funky taste that lead me to look at it closer- there was two bugs in my food. Both dead, one in the meat and one on the lettuce. I went back in there holding the sandwich so they can see it clearly- I was asked as I entered “is there anything else wrong with your order?” as if they already knew. I wanted to handle it as privately as they wanted so I showed the other worker and he said immediately “oh that’s a bug, let me get my manager” the manager JESSICA comes back and has a snarky attitude “sooo what ? You want us to remake it or something?” I let her know I want my refund- I don’t want to eat anything else from here. She walks away w/o a word- I waited and she finally said to come to the register and tap my card- I tapped and she handed me the receipt for 7.38 I told her I paid $12.70 for my meal- she said “ I won’t refund your meal until I have your whole meal” so I said “I’m not trying to get a free meal you guys gave me a side of bugs I don’t want anything from here but one second” I brought her all of her food and she only refunded me 3.50 which came out to 10.88. When I let her know that’s not what I paid she said “what’d you get a lemonade or something ?” I said “an orange juice it’s right there in your hands”- she does the math of the two receipts to double check I’m not lying- then she goes ahead and refunds me the remainder 1.87 making this 3 separate times I have to tap my card. I don’t understand why I was treated as if I was trying to make a cash grab when I was given literal bugs in my food.

Love chick fila and haven't had in awhile. Got my families meal and the chicken sandwiches we got had almost no chicken in it. Some parts of the sandwich were just the fried breaded parts. I was shocked and hope this is an isolated incident because that's ridiculous for the price we pay for the food.

This location is extremely packed. Order online is HIGHLY recommended, and drive in the mobile order lane to save yourself 15-20 mins of your life! Thanks, me later!

I like the efficient clean presentation. The clerk was especially polite and helpful. A well trained young man The good was hit and clean. Nothing special. The fries were pretty impressive and price was average. Busy there but all were happy.

This was our families first time at a Chick-fil-a (We’re from Canada) stopped for breakfast. The staff were amazing. I wish I could remember their names, two young men both incredibly polite, patient and what felt like the most genuine kindness. The food was good as well as price point.

Chick-fil-A is a great chicken sandwich! It’s actually delicious every single time I like their side orders they’re hot most of the time but check your stuff before you leave and make sure you have everything you ordered. There’s a bunch of kids running that place and sometimes there’s a little bit of confusion. I had to double back to get a side order that wasn’t included with my purchase anyway, I like to Chick-fil-A and if I happen to be in that area I will eat there. They get through long lines quick. They are a little bit more pricey then some other chicken places but I think it’s well worth it. Everything is clean inside. Good job.

I was very sceptical about eating here due to some of the negative reviews. However I was pleasantly surprised. It was 2pm on Saturday and I opted to go inside to place my order since the drive through was so packed. The wait to order inside wasn't bad and the employees we fast and courteous. I don't think I would ever dine in due to the fact that it was so extremely loud and chaotic in the dining area and extremely hard to even hear while ordering. To wrap it up my order was correct and still warm after my 15 minute drive home and all of the food was great.

Food - 4 Stars Service - 3 stars All mobile orders are always inaccurate, either missing or wrong items. This location Is the only one I have encountered issues with. A little fed up already, attention to detail matters and is quite important! The unpleasant experience today has prompted me to write this review.
