I ordered chick-fil-A through Uber beats after a long flight and wanted something quick hot and fast. My fries were still warm and crispy and one of them was exceptionally larger than the other which was kinda cool and still delicious.

Overhyped, over-rated and over priced. I got the grilled chicken club sandwich. It was tiny first off. Cheese was cold. Chicken was Luke warm. Chicken tasted a little rubbery. Oh, and they don’t have onions??? Service was good, pretty fast. But overall what a terrible waste of money. I’m shocked ppl continue to pay so much for fast food chicken sandwiches. Restaurants and diners have way better chicken sandwiches, are way bigger, are way more inexpensive and they taste better. Definitely not ever eating here again. What you are paying for is the tv ads and upper management salaries. Skip this place and get a real chicken sandwich from a real restaurant.

We went Saturday August 12 at night by car service when we arrived at the indigo hotel where we stayed for our son's graduation from the navy we were missing a chicken sandwich my wife called and spoke with Dave and he answered if he could come by on Monday look for the sandwich when there was still an hour to close the store and the next day we would take a flight to our house immediately to the restaurant because the solution was not very logical and pleasant and one person in our group could not go without eating for something that we paid, they gave us the sandwhic and we all ate, the food was good as always I only write so that it doesn't happen again since sometimes we travel very far and we are tired, I also understand that we are human and we are not perfect I only write as constructive criticism for a future.

Customer service is declining as employees are cavalier in their interaction with customers. I don’t like being called “boss”. They ask you if you are dining in and despite saying yes they still deliver your food in a to go bag. This has been going on for a year. Never order a sandwich when they aren’t busy- you’ll get a sandwich that has been laying around and is no longer hot. This location is no longer good. Culver’s Lincolnshire location customer service and hot food is the best fast food in the area. Go there instead.

Good food and fast drive-thru, as always; but I got the wrong order, which was unusual and disappointing. Staff were great and welcoming and friendly, as they are at every location; they just need more help with attention to detail, I guess 😉

tasty as always, but for some reason tonight they were full of displeasure for my existence. not only was i given pickles despite ordering to have none (and everything being labeled properly), but all of the fun little buttons on top of my sody-pop were pressed in. none of them applied and it was the only soft drink or otherwise-beverage ordered. never have i been so wronged unprovoked. alas, slapped nonetheless

Drive through, I placed the order om line. The order was correct and they addressed me by the name on the order. I was impressed. Good food too.

Love Chick-fil-A, don’t go to this one. I’ve never had such an unpleasant experience at this chain. Part of what justifies the price of Chick-fil-A is the outstanding experience you get. The staff at this location are rude, apathetic, and unprofessional.
