My family and I love CFA and travel every so often from Napa to the Vallejo location. On July 5th my family made a drive thru purchase and took it home to eat, when I found a piece of metal in my fries. It looked like it was a piece of a fry basket of something, because the metal had sharp edges on the ends. I immediately filled out a report online and was told I would be contacted by the Vallejo store within 2 business days. After 2 business days I hadn't gotten a call so I followed up. Still nothing. I waited over a week before following up again and the corporate CA worker told me the owner should have called me. After what I assume was forced by corporate, Ignacio paid me a call to let me know that "this has never happened before." Either Ignacio thought I was a liar or he was just blatantly not concerned that his restaurant served a piece of metal in their food. He didn't even care to hear more or see photos. He let me know that the best he could do for me was refund the singular meal that was affected, but I would have to come to the store with the affected food. Umm it's been 12 days? Perhaps if I would have gotten a phone call within the 2 business days promised, I might have still had the stale fries on my counter. I did say that I still have the piece of metal if he wants to see it, but he didn't care. It was honestly laughable that I was refused an over the phone refund, or even a credit to my CFA account. Beware of what you're being served at this location because if you find something, this store doesn't care.

Nice location. Some really neat views from the side. Service is decent apart from miscommunication over my order. All items were served fresh and politely. Recommended.

After spending the day in Richmond with a loud mouthed tuba player I was worn out. I took the drive through at the Chick-fil-A there on Admiral Callahan and got a little something to take home. It was a great decision. 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆

On the app we pre-ordered 2 shakes & a large french fry and chise pickup to avoid the drive through line. Didn't realize it would take 10 min to get those 3 items. They were delicious as all Chick-fil-A's but timeliness is the name of the game in the dessert/treat world. Did find a fingernail in a drink, but they gave a new one 🤔 🤢

Changed up my order a bit today, had a double grilled chicken filet sandwich but subbed the bun for protein style Lettuce wrapped. Let me tell you, everything was totally fresh, enjoyed every last bite of it, was just around $14 total. Fresh, healthy, and delightful, that's it !!! Now go buy one !!! Or Two !!!

Very busy location. Once walking inside saw a very fast paced environment. Clean interior and exterior. Long line in drive thru, however was being attenended to and serviced quickly. Wait time was about 1 minute standing in line before order was taken, order was ready about 3-4 minutes later. Bathroom was tidy. Food tasted good, kale salad was really good! Highly recommend strawberry lemonade!

We are visiting from Canada and always love to stop at Chick-Fil-A. Upon arriving we were greeted by Reuel the dining host who brought us our food and he was AMAZING! He is the sweetest, friendliest, most attentive man. I truly hope chick-fil-a recognizes what an amazing asset he is to the team. He made our experience a 12/10, super memorable:) food was delicious per usual

My daughter loves Chick-fil-a. They had more employees than most restaurants. There were 2 employees outside taking the orders in the drive through lanes, one processing the payment before you get to the pick-up window, and 3 employees handing you your order. All of these employees were outside the building. That's not including the employees cooking the food and preparing our order.
