Breakfast Menu "Chick-fil-A" University Park

Every time we come to this location I don’t even feel like we need to check the bag! Everything is always correct and always so nice! Josie took my order the last time I was here and she was so patient with me and everyone in the car while we were placing a large order, so kind and thoughtful. Definitely have always had positive experiences when she’s around.

Obviously this store doesn't wash their lettuce or they have a bug problem because this is the 2nd time in a row I had flies in my food. For how much they be taxing at Chick-Fil-A, you would think some of that money would go towards proper training of washing their vegetables or a better distributor that doesn't have a fly infestation if Chick-Fil-A doesn't wash their lettuce at the restaurant. 2 times in a row now? Like really!?

I honestly don't understand the hype. This review really is for every location that I've been to of theirs, because they all seem pretty consistent. Food is ehh. Prices are way too high for what you get. They are extremely efficient, and always super pleasant. I continue going for two reasons. My daughter loves playing in the play area with other kids, and I like supporting a business that can manage to hire these young adults/kids with good work ethics. Let's be honest, is this place a cult or something? You gotta give it to them. I mean how can you consistently find hard working kids now a days with a society that's filled with a new generation of kids with no desire to work hard for what they want?

Ordered two 30 piece nuggets through the app along with other entrees and fries. The condiments and sauces we ordered with $75 worth of food was not provided. Upon speaking with the manager and letting him know we were bringing the food to a get together and there would be no condiments there that we could use, he explained that condiments are not considered a part of the order and that they are “extras” and although it was there fault not including any sauces that we should be fine with eating our food without it - basically eat your dry chicken and fries and have a great day. This is not the first, second or third time our order has been wrong or missing items…we’ll be going to a different location in the future.

Josie is a big deterrent in the service and the atmosphere.. I happened to be there two days in a row one day my order was incorrect. I watched Josie speak negatively (not during a rush. This was three thirtyish )to an employee while never speaking to me the customer, they took my credit card did not discuss with me the transaction that was being done to fix the order and handed me back the bags never apologizing…. I happened to be on this side of town again today, and had another encounter with Josie again very rigid no customer service, sad that this is a representation of Chick-fil-A.👎

Not sure what Kimberly in the other review is talking about, Josie is dedicated to excellent customer service and strives to make sure every customer is happy. Kimberly’s review seems more like a representation of the kind of day she was having. I’ve been to this Chick-fil-A and Josie has always given me the best customer service and actually deserves a raise. Kimberly maybe instead of spending your free time targeting teenage girls who love their job (even though they get paid minimum wage) find another hobby, like gardening! 😊

Indoor playground for the kids is really small, but it's so nice to have that available! A wonderful lady, I think her name is Karen, ironically enough, brought us ice cream cones for the kids when they didn't want the little toy that was included in their kids meals. She also replaced my granddaughter's french fries when I accidentally threw them away. As always, Chick-fil-A gets 5 stars for service. The food is delicious too. We'll be back!

Scanned my points to get a chicken sandwich meal, then was told I couldn’t use that for the meal after it had already been scanned. They used my point and then made me pay for my meal. Then tried to say i still have to pay for my fries and drink… i already paid and lost points. They said they would send me back my points or a reward and never did. Worst experience at chickfila.
