Breakfast Menu "Chick-fil-A" Tullahoma

We parked curbside to order at approximately 3pm, very low traffic time of the day, mind you. Sat curbside to wait for our order to come out to us. 20 minutes came and went with no food. I go inside and have to wait in line (I am handicap) to explain we haven't received our food. They apologize after realizing they gave it to someone else. That's fine, but now I have to stand there in pain waiting for our food. Nothing else for our wasted time and inconvenience. I notified customer service on the website and basically got a "sorry" back in so many words. We used to frequent this location often, but will not be back. Terrible customer service all around.

Food quality has dropped. Had oven roasted chicken nuggets... would not recommend. Also had a large waffle fries,, tasted like they were cooked, allowed to cool off, then recorded. My girlfriend had regular chicken nuggets and waffle fries. Her nuggets were very small. Some were nothing more than sliver of chicken coated in breading. Fried to an rock like chunk. Next quick lunch,, Chic FIL A will be a 'no go' for us.

We order our food. I got 4 pieces of chicken tenders meal. Grandson order a spicy chicken meal. Husband order a chicken sandwich with cheese meal. Did not get a thing to put on table. Guy throw away our receipt. My husband said that my receipt i want it . Had to ask someone to clean table. We order at 553. I went up there and ask for the ting you put on table so they would know it was our food. We waited till 616 i went up there and ask why we did not have our food . People who came in after us was done eating and leaving when we final got ours. The guy that waited on us was a manager. He acted like o well you finally got your food. So when i went up to get a sack i talked to the other young manager . His excuss was it got accidentally knocked off. I told him my grandson waited an spicy chicken got regular. Husband ask for cheese i guess by now you know he did not get no cheese.

Idk what is up with this location but they are very stingy when providing condiments. We ordered four meals and they literally tried to give us three little condiment packages.

I always get great service when I'm here, the workers are friendly and my order is always correct. It's one of my favorite fast food places in town for this exact reason. It's refreshing to have friendly faces and know you can count on your order coming to you correctly and in a timely manner.

Tried the new honey pimento pepper sandwich without the jalapeños. I liked it!

Very smoothly ran Chick Fil A. Two lines going at all times, which is needed due to the large amount of traffic. Two lines ans they could use a few more. Service is always great and food is chock fil a yummy! Their sweet tea and crusbed ice is the best!!!

The food is not as good as it used to be. The waffle fries are always soggy. You used to be able to get them crunchy, but they no longer will let you get it that way. The food used to taste made to order but now tastes premade.
