This chick-fil-a has gone so down hill. The service and food quality is absolutely horrible! I'm a signature member that spends over 2,000 a year on chick fil a. This store has ruined the experience for me and my family multiple times. I miss the old management they never had any problems in the last year it absolutely horrible. We unfortunately will be finding a new go to spot!

My senior citizen disabled veteran father ordered a grilled club, it had a white bun instead of a multi grain, the bacon was under the cheese. It was cold and had no grilled sleeve on it. We ordered for dine in and brought us bags instead trays. The fries did not appear full. A lot of crumbs cold and soggy. Didn't receive a my pleasure at all after saying thank you. A half opened ripped foil bag over my sandwich. Who cut these sliced tomatoes.

This is a very busy location but they do a great job keeping the line moving and serving customers fast. Excellent service! Food is hot and fresh, my son loves it.

Packed inside and outside the restaurant. expect a 15 minute wait especially ordering through the drive through later at night around dinner time (peak hours/busiest). You can check how busy it is using the Google maps activity feature if it’s available so you can avoid long drive through wait times by visiting outside of peak hours. Other than a wait, everything I ordered was delicious and absolutely worth the wait. Service was also perfect and there is nothing I can complain about or even suggest based on my experience. It is worth the wait so be patient and you’ll be rewarded! I’d recommend this place to everyone I know as the best fast food I’ve eaten besides Bosa Donuts on Tanque Verde. Rd

They were super packed as a volleyball team was in front of me- the manager calls over for people that are paying card and takes their orders. He accidentally skipped me, and when he realized my mistake he made my order on the house. Super grateful and excellent customer service !

The staff at this Chick Fil A are amazing! This is my go to facility. They have consistently continued to provide consistent quality in the food. It is hard to find fast food chains that consistently serve tasty food. This is one of our families favorite food places to go. The kids always have a blast on the indoor playground. At our last visit the staff were super kind in helping us locate booster seats.

The owners Dave and Lola are absolutely amazing alongside their crew. Some of the kindest people I have ever met. I love going to this Chick-Fil-A

The crew still this location really works well together and you can tell. My sandwich is always correct and served faster then I expect...everytime. this one has been better than the one on Broadway in my opinion. The parking and drive thru here is much better here too. I love that they decorate for the seasons.
