Normally, they do a good job. But last week the layers under the top of my fruit cup were rotten. I can't believe they served this. Have not been back.

I love the fact that this location has a lot of green around the store. I had a meeting with my associates and the place was perfect to talk. I saw some tables with flowers. I wish I had it in my table. The food was good, place was clean but the service was ok. I like amazing.

I don't know what's happening to the local Chick-fil-A's in the area but they are slowly but surely going down hill. However this location is the worst of them all. The salads are extremely skimpy and you may or may not receive the condiments that come with the salad, ie. tortillas strips. The customer service has definitely changed and not for the better. I use to regard Chick-fil-A as the superior entity of the fast food industry but that is no longer.

Don't get me wrong, I frickin LOVE Chick-fil-A food, service, restaurants, and all that they embody as an organization. But I was surprised by the lack of "special treatment" that I've always felt at every other CfA I've ever visited. It was NOT busy when I came (no big drive thru lineup, and only 10 or so people inside the actual restaurant) and there were plenty of staff, yet -- for example -- no one popped by to ask how things were, or if I needed anything extra, or a refill on my sweet tea. These are all things I've come to expect from every one of their restaurants that I've been to. It was weird .... and sad, since I live where there are no CfAs, so I had to go home with a disappointing experience for a memory instead of a delightful one.

Hit the drive-thru for a quick pick-up meal while returning to the Hwy after a baseball game. The service was fast, the food was good & hot, and they remembered to add in napkins. It seems goofy to mention, but the amount of places that don't add them is high. This location isn't too far off the Tucker exit & was near our hotel.

Today I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and 1 regular chx sandwich. They gave me 2 regular chicken sandwiches and 1 spicy. The cashier ordered right, but the person who packed did wrong. Train your staff right.

I would like for this CFA to STOP hiring only teenagers. They are not productive at all. They don’t move with efficiency. They stand around and chit chat about when they are getting paid. Very unprofessional and very slow. Our order was not right, we had to go back inside the store for our missing items. Please do better.

Everyone working here was friendly, pleasant, and so helpful!! Shawanda saw my legally blind husband struggling with filling his water and she brought him a fresh water. Super busy but running like a well oiled machine! Clean inside, food fantastic as always.
