Fire Dept, Military, and EMS don’t receive discounts, only POLICE. The worst service I ever experienced was from RYAN WALKER, GM, in my life. My drink was incorrect, so you want to charge me for a shake; your cashier should have rung up from the initial encounter. I pray the God he changes his unprofessionalism.
The 1st time ever in history of Chick-fil-A that my food was not up to par....Sprite flat...I am allergic 😫 to tomatoes but still got them even when my ticket says no.....so disappointing
The staff there are always so pleasant and have a smile on their face. They are very helpful. I went there for dinner with my family and all our food came out correct. The only downside was that our chicken sandwiches weren’t very hot, just warm, however our fries and macaroni and cheese were nice and hot. We only waited a couple of minutes before our food was ready! Very quick service.
Great service. The line is always long but service is so fast one ignores the line. Love that garden salad with the grilled chicken. The peach milkshake is addictive 😋. In the Fall and Winter the chicken tortilla soup is the best I've had.
I can't say enough positive things about Chick Fil A. No matter what location I visit the customer service is second to none. Always courteous, pleasant, articulate employees and this location was no exception. The drive thru was busy, as is normal for lunch time, but they moved everyone along quickly. I ordered my favorite: the spicy chicken sandwich. Always fresh, always incredible!
They've been so focused on ruining peoples lives by attempting to open a new location they've slacked on food. I got a chicken sandwich today and bread was so hard it crumbled when I took it out the bag. Seems this location needs to reshift their focus. Customer service has also been piss poor the past few months.
It is lit. The people are so kind. I go there and I had an amazing talk with one of the workers. Her name was Lauren. Great customer care.
This year Im giving up on this Chick-fil-a because each time I visit this location the food I order either has items missing or the proportion are incorrect. Oh well... the world isn't perfect I'm going to another location.
