Breakfast Menu "Chick-fil-A" Triadelphia

Ordered food at the drive thru during a slow time, so they were using the speaker. My husband ordered a meal and I ordered 8 count nuggets and drink. Paid and got our food, and in the bag was a 5 count nugget box. I looked at the receipt and it said 5 count. It dawned on me that neither the person who took the order nor the one at the window (not the same person) had repeated the order back to us, or I could have corrected it. Tried to call to talk to someone but no answer, so you get a review instead. This location is definitely not up to Chick Fil A standards!

I have never been to a bad Chick-fil-A until I went to this one. It was slow and dirty. There was grease on the out side for both my sandwich rapper and my wife's chicken nugget box. My sandwich was a mess.The people there were nice but the service sucked.

I frequent this Chickfila a LOT. The food is always good but they are very slow here. I never go inside because you're always waiting forever. Even days in drive thru you're waiting 20 mins. Other than that I've always liked it. Although the last time I went I was very unhappy with the service. I went after work and was already hangry. Usually i just order on the app and pickup via Drive thru. But all I wanted was a fry so I figured if I walked in it wouldn't take that long to get it. Boy was I wrong. When I got in there there was only one lady in front of me ordering. The cashier took her order and then walked away from the register. I walked up and stood in front of the register waiting to order. There were 2-3 people working the drive thru and another 4-6 behind the counter. I am just standing there in front of the register and one worker walks past me another goes outside and 2-3 are just talking amongst themselves behind the counter. I stand there for 5 minutes in front of the register feeling invisible. No one bothered to come take my order, no one greeted me, and no one told me they would be with me in a moment. Growing increasingly angrier I walked out and went and ate Mcdonalds for lunch. I like the food here but the service and speed need work.

This place is just overrated. I was so excited to go here because of all the hype and we don’t have one. Maybe I expected to much idk. All I know it wasn’t anything special. Just another fast food joint.

Good friendly service ,drive thru moves quickly and the food is always fresh and delicious. Just had another great lunch at chic fil A,drive thru was fast accurate and food was hot and fresh .

The chicken sandwich was old and had a bad taste to it. The nuggets were fine. Kids behind the counter were playing around.

I was having a horrible day and was being kind of short tempered. But chastity the name of the lady who was helping me was just the sweetest. She helped me understand how everything worked seeing as it was my first time at chick fil a. She was amazing. This location is amazing 10/10.
