Breakfast Menu "Chick-fil-A" The Woodlands

I love this location and I love the food. I always come here. But today there was a girl with pink fluffy hair outside working the drive thru. Gave me attitude and messed up my order. Absolutely mixing up her out of work attitude with her customer service. There is a time and place. Learn it. I’ve worked customer service for 5 years now so I get it, but she needs to learn manners.

Always great. However, not having the lobby open really creates issues for those of us in motorcycles. Hard to hold clutch and brake, get payment and receive food while staying upright and still. Not to mention it’s hard to hear over the sound of the motor…,without loud pipes.

Great dine in experience! Food was delicious and served quick and efficiently! However, was sitting behind a gentleman in a black polo. Not sure if he was the manager or what but the vulgar words coming from his mouth while me and my family were eating were obscene. Openly making sexual references to ladies walking in and out the store, being very open with his sailor mouth and just flat out making fun of people. It definitely won’t have me coming back as a second guest. Has CFA gotten this bad?

The customer service is so good for a fast food restaurant. And, my chicken deluxe sandwich was delicious! Thanks to the vision and focus on excellence of this friendly chain. And, love, love the lemonade option!

The food was good but the service was terrible. The girl that took my payment took my card and stopped acknowledging after that. I was given half my order and they would not listen to me. They were too busy joking around. Then finally a younger guy came to the window and asked, "what more do you want?" And I was still missing items. I've never been treated so poorly at CFA.

Drive thru was very busy during our visit (approx. 230 on Sat). Nice staff, pretty fast service considering it was raining and 2 lanes open. Love the CFA and Honey roasted bbq sauce. Food is always fresh and good, no matter what location we visit! Visited again but dined in this time. Food was prepped quickly and accurately. Not busy on Monday evening.

Hands down the worst Chick-fil-A in the north Houston area. They never get my order correct. The portions are always small and fry cups half filled. I paid $10 for a breakfast bowl on Monday morning and knew I’d regret it, but it was the only one I was passing on that particular morning. The bowl wasn’t even 1/3 filled. I mean it was laughable. I can’t bring myself to come to this one again.

Terrible!!!! Fries are old, cold and extremely salty! I can’t eat this. See photo below. Who poured this amount of salt on old, cold fries?! I guess they thought this would cover up the fact that the fries are old and run people’s blood pressure up! Chick-fil-A is very hit or miss these days! Especially this location…No thanks!
