I ordered some mini bites for my 4 year old girl, they need to clean the grill, they are disgusting. I had to throw them away. clean the grill where they make grilled chicken

I ordered catering for about 15 people before my wedding, Groomsmen and friends, and Denice Harmon, the Catering Director was amazing and so easy to work with. She was communicative, flexible and delivered right on time. I could not recommend her more, she was terrific and the food was excellent.

This has nothing to do with the food or service. I'm sitting here at this PUBLIC restaurant hearing a very sensitive conversation between managers and employees. Managers are giving negative feedback to an employee in what is a very sensitive topic, however the manager is talking very loudly. The lady with brunette hair is the manager that is talking loud. The Hispanic gentlemen was talking in a tone that was more private and professional as it should be. I am surrounded by other customers but this conversation is happening in the middle of the restaurant very loudly. This is completely unprofessional. Managers at this place should not be providing an employee negative feedback in from of other employees and in front of other customers. Manager is speaking very loudly about some very sensitive subjects and I find it to be absolutely unacceptable. I feel very sorry for the employees here if this is the culture of this restaurant. Training on selfless leadership is clearly needed here.

I am very disappointed with this Chic fila Management. Chic fila is a reputable Christian institution with good values. I usually shop at this location for food. 2 months back I was getting food at the drive through . The cashier was very young and seemed inexperienced with the process. She charged me for my food and the food ordered by the person behind me. I asked for a refund and was told to come back after 3 days if it wasn't posted to my credit card. It didn't and I returned after 3 days and was told to check after a month on the credit card statement. Nothing came through after a month and the 2nd month. Today when I asked the manager for the refund, I was told the employee left and they cant do anything about it. Very very disappointed in this management. They should at least train the cashiers properly before the play around with credit cards....

Food was great,BUT the small details need to be monitored. I ask for 1 tea and 1 lemonade and receive 2 teas. I ask for 3 pkgs of dipping sauce for my large nuggets and only receive 1. Details like that makes me think twice when I'm near your establishment. Thanks again for giving me the opportunity to share my thoughts.

Writing this hot off getting a drink refill. This the first Chick-fil-A I've visited where the person at the counter has told me to "order" food first before getting a same-day drink refill. The exact verbatim words used were "just so you know, going forward you'll need to order food at this same restaurant in order to get a drink refill". I confirmed with the Chick-fil-A customer service policy. There are no such rules. The worst part was I'd gotten lunch from this place and went back for a drink refill 4 hours later, just to be treated like I was doing something I was not supposed to be doing. The woman in the green t-shirt at the counter would not even stop to hear me out. 0 for customer service, and I'll get my lunches from elsewhere going forward.

horrible drive thru experience. Food took 7 minutes and ice cream melted. Cashier appeared agitated when refund requested, no accommodation for late food arrival. Was informed Specialty sandwich ordered after mine, was give priority. you can and should do better. no refund issued for food although it was requested.

Met some friends here for lunch during a looong layover in Dallas. It was the perfect place for their kids to play while we caught up. Also, the sandwich was particularly good.
