I order through the app here for breakfast periodically when I am in town and this location has always delivered. Even at 6:30, 7 am, I am able to get in and get out quickly. My order is always accurate and the quality is what I expect. I avoid carbs and the Sausage egg and cheese hashbrown bowl (minus hashbrowns) is perfect. I add a couple of grilled filets and it is one of my favorite, if not my number one favorite fast food breakfast. I will definitely be back!
I typically stay away from fast food restaurants, but someone gave me a Chick-fil-A gift card so I figured why not. I ordered a southwest veggie wrap with no cheese (+fries and lemonade) and they gave me a chicken wrap. The guy I spoke with over the phone was super nice and apologetic and offered to remake my sandwich. When I returned, the cashier was also super nice, but he gave me a veggie wrap with cheese after waiting about five minutes. He offered to remake my sandwich a third time but I just asked for a refund and left. GREAT customer service. Filthy restrooms. Soggy fries. Lemonade was delicious though.
I went to the one located on capital circle ne and this was the worst experience I've ever had. Even though I told the young lady my order it was completely messed up and the fruit punch drink I had was just colored water. You could tell it wasn't fruit punch and when I tried to explain I was told that I had the correct drink even though fruit punch has never looked orange. Also when I check the bag I noticed that I had no condiments so I asked for mayo mustard and Polynesian sauce I was given one of everything even though I asked for more because I had multiple meals. Needless to say I was not pleased at all and to add the cherry on top she said it was my pleasure to serve you and have a good evening..... now it got me thinking twice and wondering if the customer service has gone down for a place that prides themselves off good customer service and quality food. 🤔
Chick-fil-A... Always great food, always very friendly staff. Unlike McDonald's (who barely acknowledge you're standing there), Chick-fil-A staff greet you with a smile and friendly hello. They ask how you're doing today and are very courteous. THIS makes a world of difference. This is what happens when a company treats their employees well and provides a nice working environment. The food is always delicious and always prompt, even during their lunch rush. Crispy fries and crispy, juicy chicken sandwiches. The N. Monroe location has several very sweet employees who make your day. This is a very well managed location. The restaurant is clean, especially the bathrooms. Overall an excellent choice for fast food. High five to the staff and management!
By far the worst chic-fil-a I’ve ever been to. Restrooms were dirty , all table and booths were not clean and staff was a bit un-chic-fil-a like. I felt like I was in a middle school cafeteria listening to them talk and be a bit loud. I am all for having fun at work but when my food is cold and half of what I asked for isn’t in my bag maybe cut up a bit less.
I absolutely love going to chick-fil-A it's always a good experience even while they are busy as hell I really wish Crawfordsville had one because everytime I'm craving the chicken mini's I have to set my alarm clock ⏰️ an hour earlier lol
What's not to love? I always get the spicy chicken deluxe, waffle fries, sweet tea and maybe a milkshake. My son loves to hit the play area with his friends while dining in. The staff are super friendly and hard working. I never see anybody standing around looking at their phone like every other fast food joint in the world while there's work to be done. The place is clean and efficient, and the food is what you ordered. The volume of traffic that comes through here at lunch-time is insane, but the line moves fast and the staff handles the pressure with clear communication and a smile.
This store was not a typical Chic k-fil-A. We ordered a Cobb, Southwest Spicy salad, and a #1 meal combo. There were so many new employees, that after replacing both of the salads, the Unit Manager would only say there were a lot of new employees in training. There was no solution provided. Dissatisfied Customer.
