Breakfast Menu "Chick-fil-A" Suwanee

We ordered large fries but they weren’t quite large enough, oh and they were super soggy too. We also ordered orange fanta but she didn’t put it in the ticket. Ordered large sweet tea and large water but we got medium. Also ordered a grilled wrap but it wasn’t grilled. Too much to complain.

I am a traveling clinician and at the end of a long day I stopped to grab something to eat. Let's start with the very luke warm service. Nobody seemed happy to have a job. I drove .03 miles to my destination. ALL OF MY FOOD WAS COLD. There is nothing worse than fries that have been sitting. You absolutely tell my sandwich was not fresh, nor was it a whole piece of meat (extremely thin). It was money wasted.

The chicken has already started to taste weird so i stopped eating here for a while.. tried again today and i must say im done! Fries half soggy, half burnt and then THIS with the nuggets… I’ll go elsewhere before i end up food poisoned!

We have had issues with this location twice after picking up food from drive through. Once after driving away, we realized that one sandwich was missing. Just today, we ordered 8 chicken nuggets, paid for 8 chicken nuggets, but after getting home we found only six. Just too much effort to go back and fight our case. Please check the order before you drive off.

Not much negative anyone could ever say about a Chick-fil-A and it be believable. This location is no exception to the rule! Absolutely amazing with a prime location. Thanks Chick-fil-A for a wonderful lunch and am amazing staff!

As Chick Fil As go, this one is mediocre at best. I admittedly have only been there for breakfast on my way to work, but I do that fairly frequently. Maybe twice a month for over 2 years. I feel like my order is wrong at least 25% of the time and my food is usually lukewarm while my coffee is usually blistering hot. My last trip I was actually served at the drive thru by someone in manager attire and when I told him I had ordered a muffin instead of a biscuit, the man audibly huffed, and without a word snatched my bag back and begrudgingly swapped my sandwich out for what I ORDERED AND PAID FOR. I understand it sucks working on food service, but the operative word is service. Don't make it as if I'm being difficult for asking you to put what I ordered in the bag. I think I will be skipping this particular location from now on. It's not like there aren't 3 others within a 3 mile radius.

I only gave the 2 star review as the staff seemed bare at the time. Not that anyone was rude or disrespectful or anything. Food was great, seats and tables were very clean. Overall 8/10 would go back.

I understand that during lunch hours it can be hard to accommodate a large number of people, but lately I'm finding that the quality of a lot of my food here has been decreasing. I payed 6 dollars for a sandwich, and half the chicken is missing. I don't even know what to think anymore to be honest.
