Great biscuit, incredible! But here's the problem. I walked in, ordered exactly 1 biscuit, nothing else. There was exactly 1 person in front of me. I waited about 7 or 8 minutes. I watched cars come to the drive through after I had ordered that guy their food and were gone before I got my food. Did I get a fresher cooked biscuit? If so it's worth it, but I would like to know if I would get better treatment by staying in my car. I just thought it was weird.

I don't know what was going on here today but the thing that made me the sickest was that I noticed a guy inside putting ice cream in a comb dropped the cone into the ice cream machine and use that same comb to serve to a customer take a look at the photo and how nasty that ice cream machine is I'm done no more ice cream from any fast food places I will buy my own

Getting in the parking lot is always the hardest part. This location is very popular and always very busy. Once I gave up trying to get in through the lower driveway entrance closest to the three drive through lanes and turned around and came in the upper entrance off hwy 78 all was good. The entire staff and crew excel at serving not only a quality tasty meal; but delivery the best customer service. Everyone is pleasant helpful and genuine pleasure to be around. Great job Everyone 👍

I am over rejoicing with this place! This young lady gave us so much love and made my grandson feel like a prince! Just chatting, bringing toys and free ice cream! What a sweet experience

You can't fault an efficient & fully staffed restaurant for long lines! You're going to get your fresh Chick-fil-A and a pleasant team working here. The inside is always spotlessly clean and everything is well stocked. It's so good that it's worth the wait.

Selena is so awesome. I came through the drive through for breakfast and she was patient, kind and caring when taking my order. I had to confirm my order with someone on the phone. She even confirmed my order and everything was right the first time, which is super important to me. She also gave me great tips on making a delicious spicy biscuit, that I want to try in the future. Thank you Selena!

This was the absolute worse experience I have ever had at a Chick fila. The prime example of you can not judge a book by its cover. I just new I was doing to have a good experience because it’s what expected at 11an order… I ordered my same exact order that I get weekly—cobb salad with blue cheese not shredded etc…I received my order and there was no blue cheese. I shook my salad turned it upside before sling an associate to add blue cheese. She stated Dos you order that as she grabbed my salad and proceeded to check. There here she points at 5 dots that look like lint at the bottom of my container. I said those are not crumbles those are five flakes. She proceeds to say them if you want extra blue cheese you will have to pay for it. I said why would I pay for something that is a part of my order, just give me my money back and get a manger. I hand her my salad and card. So this other kid walks up to me Ms says ma’am you have to pay for extra blue cheese. I told him to get out of my face and I was waiting on my refund. Then I was approached by Megan. Who did not introduce herself as the manager nor did she manage the situation. She simply walked up to me and said you have to pay for extra blue cheese. I said Hi—I’m done this is ridiculous just give me my money back. She said give me the salad back. STOP—if you were truly managing the situation you have seen my salad and debit card in your associates hand behind you. I said the salad and card are behind you and the audacity of you assuming that I am taking product and asking for my mom is appalling!!!!!!! I want to speak to a store operator STAT!!! 3/21 ******update***** After no call or response I get a few random rewards place on my chick fila account. Now owner operator did you really think you could buy my silence with a chicken salad?? The answer is no so after an escalated call Chick Fila cares we will see where the next update goes. You have some explains to do!!! I am listening. Thank you Adrian at chick fila cares for the agreed and understanding!!

I have been at chick-fil-a on the regular and have never been treated with such disregard as I was today at 2:12 pm here at the chick fil-a at 78. I’m am highly disappointed. After back to school shopping with my my 3 children I planned a fun lunch here. What I encountered was not a pleasure. I stood at the counter with my three children I waited to be greeted by an employee to take my order. Minutes passed and employees bustled by, but no one said “we will be with you in a moment.” One employee even came to the register didn’t acknowledge me and clocked in. Sydney finally arrived and she was still being asked questions by fellow outside employees coming in. When she finally was ready to take my order I spoke clearly and slowly and had to repeat myself more than once. I was rudely inturrupted by another employee after the second item I was ordering and her attention was taken away again. I am shocked at the disrespect of the front end employees to me as a customer. After finally completing my order I was told my sauces would arrive on my tray and they did not. When my food was delivered there weren’t any sauces and the employee delivering asked me again what the sauces were. I directed him to the employee that took the order and he still came back because she didn’t remember. Upon sitting down to eat my now cold food I decided to review my receipt and found the order was rung up wrong. I asked at this point to talk to a manager. The manager on duty Sydney Frazier was very calm and listened to the situation as I tried to clearly explain what happened. She empathized saying she understood how frustrating it must have been and was sorry I felt that way. She asked what she could do to make the situation right and I asked she correct the mistake on the receipt. She offered to refund the order and get the missing kids toy. Then the manager said “not to offer up an excuse but you came at a bad time for us.” It is 2:12 pm. I didn’t know this chick-til-a had a good time or bad time for me to bring my children out for a fun day of school shopping and a fun summer lunch.
