Breakfast Menu "Chick-fil-A" Stockbridge

I like Chick-fil-A, I eat there often enough. The servers are nice but the quality of food/service has decreased. The other night I stopped by & ordered a large waffle fry & chocolate chunk cookie (OMG the cookie was so good!). The waffle fry, not so much. The first 3 or 4 at the top were good but the rest were naughty bits of waffle fries (see photo attached) that filled the container. Today I went to grab dinner, soup/salad/another delicious cookie, & when I placed my order I asked for grilled strips instead of fried. I was told they couldn't do that for the salad I ordered but she double checked & said they could & she would ask them to cut up a filet. Great! I get to the window & wait a few minutes & they bring out my food & beautiful salad...with fried strips. I informed them the order was wrong. They took back the salad & I waited for 5 more minutes before they told me to move to the side. I waited a few more minutes then they brought over my salad. The young man apologized & said he "didn't know why they couldn't get it right". I didn't know either but what I did know is that my soup was getting cold & my delicious cookie, which is usually soft & gooey, was now hard & not gooey (still good though). The hot food was good, once I got it home & nuked it in the microwave. I also noticed the soup was not filled to the top, like the soup I ordered from the other Chick-fil-A location I went to for lunch today, but it was still good.- although the taste of the food was never the issue.

Never been disappointed in Chick Fila A before. Advertised seasonal sandwich looked nothing like what I got.

The lobby and counter areas were very clean, and my food was delivered as I was sitting down at a table (quick service)! My 3-year-old niece spilled my sweet tea all over the table, seat, and floor and the employees were very friendly and quick to clean it up. I was there at a busy lunch rush and they tended to us right away!

My only issue with today's visit is it seems I got the bottom of the fry pan and the nugget bag. Normally this location is always on point. I'm not going to hold it against them but just be mindful on the bottom of fries and nuggets especially when you spend 50 dollars a visit.

Ordered a chicken wrap at the drive thru today at around 1:25 along with spicy chicken sandwich combo. Not only was the garden ranch dressing warm and runny, there was a nasty hair in my wrap. Needless to say the wrap went in the garbage. Only went to this location as I had something to drop off at UPS store. Was not gonna get in that messed up drive thru to take it back. Thank goodness we have East Lake now as well as lake Dow.

First time here. I havent even had a bite of my food but we Just the service alone is Great! Thank you Morgan for making our first time here enjoyable. (Very fast service today. Fresh, Good tasting food. All you ladies deserve a raise! I see you working hard.) I appreciate the good service and the good food. Thank You!

I was giving the wrong food order I called and left a message and no one has called back! It’s been two weeks now and no one has called lol! Understanding that this business is busy just call back and acknowledge that I called other than else we all know that the customer service is awesome 👏

I had the macaron and cheese and chicken nuggets. Great combo together and the macaroni is really good when it has the cheese on top kind of golden brown. Gives it a little home cooked kick. Not quite but better than other fast food that tastes like cafeteria macaroni. Great addition to the menu
