Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal and nuggets meal. The only issue I had was the chicken sandwich not being fresh and the macaroni. The macaroni was definitely not as full as it should have been.
What can you say as there is nothing ever off with Chick-fil-A never a bad experience. We went to try the new Pimento cheese chicken sandwich and omg it was so so amazing that we went back the next day for another. Food came out fast and hot with smiles the way we like it.
My family comes here religiously, yet every single time we come here we have food missing. I've worked in food service and understand forgetting to bag an item here or there. However, I have never had my order correctly filled. Every single time there are multiple items missing from my order. Tonight my sandwich was missing. Which was the whole reason I went in the first place 😐 Other than that the service is pretty fast and friendly
**** Chic fil a in BRUNSWICK GA @ 70 Golden Isles Plaza Brunswick GA 31520!! This Chic Fil A has gone down hill. I've been going there for 11 years and these last two years have been gradually getting worse. The service was first to go down, I still went there from time to time because it's the only fast food that I eat. However the quality of the food has also gone down. They've burned my fries a couple times and last night I got home and realized I was missing a bun off of two of my sandwiches. 😮💨 When I called to let them know, the manager did not apologize. She simply advised me that she would write me in the book for the next time I came in. NEXT TIME?? SMH.
I love Chick-fil-A! I always get the number 7 grilled chicken club with colby jack cheese and bacon. The customer service is always awesome they are always pleasant and happy. The drive-thru is always packed but you get through and a decent amount of time.
Worst Chick-fil-A ever. Already had bad experiences here including poor customer service, long wait times, and the amount of cussing the people working the window do. My 3 year old was repeating their curse words when we left. So that was fun to unteach. But today against my better judgement I went through again out of “convenience”. Just needed some quick food to bring home. They parked me in the “VIP” parking space for 30 min. Then when I got home everything was cold and the fries were old. I live across the street basically. Literally a 3 min drive. I can’t imagine what took that long to provide us with old cold food. Our kids wouldn’t even eat the fries they were so gross and our kids love their fries. The chicken strip were mangled looking. They also were asked 3 times to give us the under 3 toy and still gave us the older kid toy. I will never be back. It’s crazy because they used to be the best Chick-fil-A in town then they built their new building and somehow became the worst Chick-fil-A in the world. If you’re thinking of stopping here just rip up $20 and eat a spoonful of dirt and save yourself 30 min. It will be a better experience than actually eating here. Never going back.
This is the first chick-fil-a that I’ve been to that wasn’t up to par. We did a mobile order that almost took a whole hour. The line at the pick up window which was outside was long and no one was tending to the window at first. It took my wife to wave someone down before we were even acknowledge. When the food finally arrived we were missing our chicken tenders. Took another 15min to get those after we had to continuously ask for them. Then we noticed that we were missing all 3 fries. This time I asked for a manager, but the cashier told me that ALL of the manager were too busy and asked if I could wait. Luckily one just so happened to appear. They’re solution was to offer some free cookies and make the fries large. I honestly did not care, I just wanted my food in a timely fashion since we’ve already wasted over a hour and still had to drive back to Hinesville
Even in Savannah, a customer service black hole, Chick-fil-A delivers excellent service. The food is standard Chick-fil-A, which is better than most fast food, but the stellar service is why I return.
