Breakfast Menu "Chick-fil-A" Ruston

Excellent, friendly, quick service in this location. Love the friendly staff. They always seem to want to help. The chicken strips I received were fantastic. It was freshly made with excellent temperature. The fires were also fresh. The time it took to order at the counter and receive my order was very reasonable. But not so quick as to seem like the food was not fresh. GREAT JOB CHICK-FIL-A!!

went ordered a mac-n-cheese in drive-thru. The cashier rung up fries. Instead of them replacing the fries with macaroni, they waned to take the all of my food and refund the fries and ring the macaroni up and bring my food back to my vehicle. I have never experienced this at a fast food restaurant. I paid cash for the macaroni because my previous order was paid with my bank card. That is ridiculous. I love Chick-fil-A and have never had an experience such as this. All they had to do was take the fries and give me the macaroni I ordered. It was their mistake that they were not willing to reconcile in an easy way.

Slowest and most unorganized CFA I've ever been to. How do you forget the sauce every single time? How can other CFA's have 5x the volume but are so much faster? This place needs a management replacement ASAP!!! SLOWEST service around!!

It took them 15 minutes to make my milk shake... and I wasn't the only one that had a long wait. Most of the young associates were standing about chitchatting behind the counters. No organization. One of the managers was among the chatters. Ms. Cheryl (who seemed to be manager) was very helpful, got on them for being slow and got me my milk shake as soon as she noticed the delay (she had been on the floor cleaning up the tables)

It took 25 minutes to make it through the drive thru before lunch rush today for an order of fries. This is the 4th or 5th time I’ve had this CFA location. The first was when they had been open a few weeks and were still busy so the wait was expected, but seeing it’s the same scenario every single time I’ve gone really puts down the CFA reputation. If you’re in a hurry and headed east, go ahead and stop at West Monroe location for much, much faster service.

I love coming to Chickfila with my boyfriend. Super friendly staff and our food is always delicious and ready quickly! 😋

The great Chick-fil-A food and service you know and love. Two drive through lines. Mobile ordering available for carry out or drive through. Clean bathrooms. Convenient parking. Located close to Interstate 20. Children's play area.

We chose this place, it was the best of what was available in that area. I was pleasantly surprised. They had soup on the menu, and my friend had chicken & waffle fries, fresh & delivered to our table. Overall, it was a great visit. What impressed me the most was that some of the employees had physical challenges & were working & communicating with staff & customers.
