Breakfast Menu "Chick-fil-A" Roswell

I had a bad experience today coming here. I made 3 orders and asked for the sauce and they only gave me one. Are we suppose to share the sauce with 3 orders? I would pay more for the sauce if asked even though they are free. It would make more sense that they don’t give any sauce rather than just one. I went to many Chickfila, and they always have the best services of all the fast food but by far this is the worse. I guess when business is good, customers’s need is not mandatory anymore. Thanks the manager. Surely not coming back!

Excellent service and food - super busy location. Don’t be alarmed if you see the long line, they move cars through quickly except for the one time someone tried to pay for their lunch with $100 bill and stopped time. 😂 I’ve been here several times now and the food and service has been very good and very consistent. Chick-fil-a does a good job in general and this one is an excellent example of what they aim to achieve.

Time for early lunch, 11:15 so not to busy. Ordering was fast with a greeting and smile. Chicken sandwich and waffle fries. Food showed up quick, delivered to my table. There was someone cleaning as quick as people left a table. The sandwich was nice and hot, not so much the fries. But still good. You gotta appreciate the service at a Chick-fil-A.

Food is DELICIOUS - like, some of the best I've had from a chick fil a. Service was mediocre; Jacqueline was amazing...gentleman running the food at the front never smiled, brought our food out in multiple bags instead of putting them in a single plastic bag, gave us a drink container that wasn't complete (as in, he couldn't be bothered to put it together for me), and clearly didn't want to be there. Didn't catch his name because he walked away so fast each time he showed up! No spoon for my chicken noodle soup, lid came OFF of my drink AND my mac and cheese. Do better, guys!

I normally go to this chick fil a to buy breakfast for the office. I went to the Chick-fil-A in Holcomb Bridge for lunch. I ordered my meal and I went back into the drive-through to get a refill and was told that I cannot get a refill even though the attendant in the beginning of the line told me to prepare remove my lid and they will give me the refill when I arrived to the front they told me I would have to get out of the line park my car and go inside to get my refill that they do not honor because of the rules “the manager does not want drive-through refills”. I think that that rule is unacceptable and the way in which the person was telling me this felt like it was very unprofessional.. so I was made to get in line wait 20 minutes to get off of line and park my car and go into the store to now beg for a refill. What ever happened to the legendary Chick-fil-A customer service that I grew up with ? . I will never come back to this location ever again and I hope that whoever reads this understands that the staff in this Chick-fil-A location does not follow the Chick-fil-A protocol and making sure that you treat your customers with respect especially when they’re spending money in this location

I wait for the day when I see McD's or BK trying to redirect the traffic away from the King ( Chick-fil-a) My guess is NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS! Chick-fil-a is byfar the best of the best. If you've never been you're just missing out . I usually get the spicy sandwich with extra pickles and melted jack cheese and mayo with honey. It's so freaking good, one might lose their mind. At this location I'd forgotten my wallet and felt embarrassed but they totally took care of me. I will never forget that and it been my pleasure to let you know these guys are going it right. Thanks a million Chick-fil-a.

Superb service, good food. Very clean. The only fastfood chain that staff makes me feel good. Mostly their staff is kind and pleasant.
