Super fast. I mean drive thru with like 9 cars and I was in back of all 9 and I ordered my food and shake and had my food done and ready in an incredible amount of time. Quicker than any fast food I ever experienced. And on top of that the food was fire!! So good!! With the pickles on the chicken sandwich. Gold!*"***
We visited after leaving Kamp Kanakuk. It was busy...like they always are - but they took our order, we got our food and it was a good quality lunch at a good price. My 12 year old daughter likes to get the kids meal and trade out the toy for ice cream - they forgot the ice cream so she had to go back in...but they had no issue with helping her out and gave her the ice cream. Their pleasure.
Lazy employees who can’t be bothered to do their job and forgot items. Every NWA chick fil a is now staffed with toxic, lazy workers and a foul mouthed ghetto after dark so you’ve lost this family’s business permanently.
CFA is great fast food and you get great service as well, how can you beat that? I avoid at high volume times because it can take awhile, but they do the best they can with the volume they serve.
Sat on the patio with my dog, Freya, ask for water for her. They brought out a bowl of ice water. Chick-fil-A sets high standards for other restaurants to try to attain. Thanks, Chick-fil-A Crew
Was so disappointed in the peach shakes. We look forward to them every year. Hardly any peaches in them and not much flavor. Especially for $5 for a small size.
There grilled chicken sandwich is top notch! Sided it up with their famous mac n cheese! Washed it all down with a diet lemonade which was perfect! Even ordered grilled chicked nuggets to take home for later. Those were pretty fantastic to! Love the Lord's chicken! 😆 Chick-fil-A you doing it right!!! Just bring back the strawberry lemonade and all will be perfect!
I’m giving 2 stars because I’ve encountered 2 great employees here. This CFA is being poorly run when you have a company that cares more about their money then their loyal customers. I was charged twice in the drive thru because an employee made a mistake then when it was being checked and wrong they ran my card again. They told me I had to wait for my card payments to go through to get my money back then I do and 2 days later when I address it they said I’ve only been charged once. They act like I’m lying. Chick fil a service has gone down hill and most of them take their time taking care of customers. But then again most service is like this anymore so expected. I only go because of the food hoping it gets better but the manager I spoke to cared more about explaining his end of seeing everything than the actual customer. Lost a loyal customer today and they didn’t care to make it right. Don’t give your card twice in the drive thru. They said I’m not the first person this has happened to and they have a new drive thru system so you probably won’t see your money again if they take your card twice.
