I never catch her nametag, but she is the best server with the most approachability and smile. Downside? Some of the managers may SOUND like they are being nice, but in a negative and demeaning tone. It is cutting and rude. Short balding guy.
Actually love the Ozarks, everything looked so clean and new there. The long lines are the worst, and the crabby people in them which isn't the restaurants fault I suppose
Too many screaming kids so don't eat , here if you want a peaceful breakfast. The food was okay slightly cold on the egg the biscuit could have used more butter you couldn't ask for butter that would have been nice but it wasn't an option only three options for breakfast sauces for grape jelly strawberry jelly and honey aside from those things breakfast was okay I did not drink coffee I cannot speak to its quality the store was fairly clean there were some bits and pieces on the floor but that could have very easily happen at any time so overall I think four stars is probably a little bit higher than it should be but there's not an option for three and a half so
I must of drove by one. I'm not a fan of Chick-fil-A. When I lived in Dallas and worked for one of the hospitals every Friday one of the techs would pick up breakfast. Their chick biscuits are one of the worst things I have ever eat in my life.
Chick-fil-a in NWA pre-covid had good food, excellent service, and super clean restaurants and bathrooms. Post Covid service, quality of food, and cleanliness standards are suffering. It is no longer a destination for me. I understand it is difficult to get workers, but we pay a premium for food here. I do not expect to find all of the tables dirty, dirty floors, dirty windows with flies and kids hand prints all over the windows & doors. This is just not an acceptable food service practice and makes we wonder about the back of the house cleanliness compliance. I had to ask an associate to clean a table and did not expect them to ask me which one. I would expect the associate to clean all the dirty tables. What has happened at my NWA Chick-fil-a. The spicy chicken sandwich was greasy, soggy, barely warm, and the meat texture was not a good quality. It seemed stringy & spongy. My favorite waffle fries were barely warm, and the diet lemonade was acceptable but seemed less tart. Please check ✔️ the quality of your food, service, and clean up your restaurants. I want to come back.
Goodness I hate leaving a 1 star review for a Chick fil A, but I feel it’s needed for this particular location. The past several times I have been and eaten in the restaurant it has been a very unpleasant experience. We had to clean our own table. It took a long time to get our food, and the restaurant was not overly busy. I had to wait at the counter a while before getting helped to get a refill. It’s very unlike a normal Chick fil A experience. I think this location is poorly managed. Take the extra 5 minutes drive and go to the Pleasant Grove location. I have always had a great experience there.

Hi, I ordered a meal from you through door dash that was delivered from this location. You forgot my Gluten Free bun, the extra pickles, and the almonds that went on my salad.
