Breakfast Menu "Chick-fil-A" Rockwall

I order a Cobb salad with the spicy fillet on the via mobile order. They got my order wrong which I had to turn back around. When I get there they had to get me the right order and I asked could they cut my fillet which that how I get it all the time. The guy tells me that they don’t slice the fillet unless it’s grilled. Which i know is false. That’s make no since. At least you could slice it for me after giving me the wrong order. Worst customer service I ever got at one these establishments. Will never be back again!

Oddly unfriendly. The order taker was complaining that her friends got a break instead of her while a few feet away and making me wait to give my order. Then the cashier helpers were rude and rolled their eyes when I asked a question. If it weren't for many positive experiences at other chick fil a restaurants I wouldn't go back.

It’s my first time to try chick fil A because I’m not local 🤣 I know this store because of my colleges friend who lives in the states. I love waffle fries and looks they used whole potato 🥔!! Yum!!!! 😋 I would like to say thank you to the staff named Jacob (blonde hair boy) who assisted us to order. He is polite and has patience to foreigners. 👍

Honestly the only thing kept me from giving 5 stars because servers handing out food for the orders mixed up even though my name clearly on receipt... but great food, good service... drive thru was a nightmare but I went inside and was in and out no more than 10 minutes...

This is a staple "I'm not cooking so what do you want me to pick up for you" place in our home. The line is always crazy long, but they are quick and get you through fast. The staff is always polite, food is always consistent, and the order is always right. My kids like the food, i like the convenience. It's pricey though, that's my only complaint.

I went through the drive thru today and was met with employees that seemed like they didn't want to be there. Everything came out right, I just ordered a spicy sandwich meal and when I opened the packaging for my sandwich, I was met with a small insect in my food!!! This is absolutely ridiculous and I expect a lot more from Chick-fil-a, I am outright disappointed and disgusted.

Despite the disagreements in the chick fil a values and my values, the food is always freaking delicious. Especially the breakfast. And the employees are always very pleasant and friendly. 5 stars for this chick fil a.

We ordered chicken sandwiches which were good but the waffle fries were not fresh they were soft and not hot at all. I also wanted to use my free reward for the new watermelon lemonade and they were out so I didn’t get to try it..
