I liked this particular store as the customer service was best for a chain supply of fast food They don’t give you the feeling of fast food experience They had fixed a problem immediately that we had and giving in whatever we chose This was a good experience

Paid high prices for chic fil a’s “grilled chicken nuggets”!!! Ordered an 8-piece… how many do you count?????!!! Y’all seriously charge way too much for your tiny pieces of grilled chicken and only give me 5/8 of my order… either way, y’all should lower your price for “grilled chicken nuggets” aka tiny 0.3 oz. pieces of chicken…

well, I moved away and moved back, and this is the best Chick-fil-A by far. Took my son there today, they were so helpful, they make you feel like a regular all the time. Their customer service is the best their food is fresh. My son had fun at the playground. I will always be back.

I come here about 3 - 4 times a week because I work nearby and most of the workers are nice but there are a few who look like they genuinely do not want to be there. They have a long face and an attitude. This morning I was in the drive thru and the Hispanic lady with curly hair said I ordered something else when I clearly didn’t and she gave me an attitude when I told her if she could make the adjustment because I did not order the second item. She took the sauces and the other food item out of my bag very rudely and seemed stressed that she had to do that for me. I hope a few employees at this location can really start to embrace chick Fil a values. Most of the time I get good service but occasionally this happens where I feel like the workers are rude and lazy.

They are super fast in the lobby. Drive thru is always busy but they move at a fast pace too.

Arrived at lunchtime (12:30) on Monday 8-14. Went inside to place my order to go. My deluxe chicken sandwich was cold. Lettuce on my salad was brown and the cashier was rude and unfriendly. $12 and didn’t even get a thank you. Do yourself a favor and don’t go to this location.

Worst run Chick-fil-A in DFW. At drive thru pick on 7/22 at 10:15am they had some insolent little brat barking orders at customers and addressing them dismissively without 'please', 'thank you', 'sir', or 'madam'. Quality control normally expected at this chain has gone down the toilet. It will stay like this because management does not return calls made explicitly to register a complaint.

The female on the order speaker at 10 AM today should learn proper English and annunciate. Awful experience, even worse than the other fast food chains.
