Going to chick-fil-A is the best decision. They have a variety of food, salads, hamburgers, nuggets, fries and sodas. Its staff is super nice and friendly, as is its manager. Ample parking. Fast attention and delivery of the order. Your chick-fil-A sauce is crazy, highly recommended. Its restaurant is spacious, tidy and clean. Ideal for children as well.

This is my neighborhood Chick-fil-A and it’s usually pretty great! They definitely get a lot of new folks working in the summer though and sometimes that’s when service can be lacking. I went about a month ago and asked if it was possible to change a drink last minute and I got a visible eye roll which surprised me and made me not want to be there. It’s a very minute thing and I get that it gets very busy but I was a bit taken aback. Besides that most of the people are nice and the food is good in a pinch.

It's a nice Chick-fil-a. They all are really. But this one tends to forget sauces, salad dressings, and accoutrement that goes with the food. Also, I have yet to receive HOT fries from them. I always have to take them back or just roll with heat lamp warm fries. Otherwise, the staff is friendly. The place is clean. The drive-thru is efficient. The meal is convenient.

This was a little confusing getting in. They had 2 drive thru lines coming from 2 different directions. Once I placed my order it went along like a normal chick fil a drive thru.

Great customer service. Was driving to work from Leesburg, picked up a chicken burrito in the Chick-fil-A in Sterling, and bit into it around Reston. It was the worst chicken burrito I had ever had, it had an awful taste to it. I went into the Reston Chick-fil-A, and they provided me another one without any issues, and it was delicious!

This is easily the worst Chik-fil-a in NoVa. I very rarely come to this location. At this is point it's maybe once a year because it's near target. And every time, every single time, my order is wrong. Today my #4 came without fries. Has chik-fil-a given up on customer service? It's the main thing you're known for and this location is consistently off brand.

If Jesus did miracles, so does Chick-fil-A! I asked for 5 ice cubes with my Lemonade. My wife in the back seat yelling to Angelina A (the Miss taking my order) “don’t listen to him he just wants light ice” and Angelina just says “we can make that happen”! Cesar C from the inside made it happen! Great service and great experience. Angelina and Cesar need a raise. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

I love Chik-fil-A ❤️, especially their Cobb Salad! I also love their milkshakes, especially the peppermint shakes they have around the holidays! I get addicted to them every year!
