Breakfast Menu "Chick-fil-A" Reisterstown

I do not eat "fast food" very often. When I do, it's always Chick-fil-A. Great sandwiches, salads and my very favorite Chicken Tortilla soup! Wish they offered it year round. And who doesn't like their waffle fries! Fast, friendly service at every location- kudos to their employee training team.

The management at this location seriously has to undergo more customer service training. I go to this location because it’s the clearest to me, however each time I go I regret making the trip. This location ALWAYS short me on the fries! One of the employees in the drive through apologized, and attempted to right the wrong by not charging me for the fries (this was my second trip). The manager (white guy, brown hair, working at 5:55pm) REJECTED her offer, criticized her for making the suggestion, and was unapologetic. This guy made zero efforts accommodate me. If my toddler wasn’t screaming at me for fries, I wouldn’t have given them my business. I didn’t realize that was the chick-fil-A way?!

Ordered online via app for breakfast. Food was good. Young guy at the window was unaware that jalapeno salsa and honey bbq sauce is available and they are not in the app to order. Coffee frozen drink doesn't appear to have coffee but coffee flavor.

Worst location I've been to in my 20 some year history with Chicfila. From the second I walked in to walking out after eating my meal it was the most poorly managed staff. They stood in a circle behind a counter talking loud laughing joking some singing etc. Chicfila staff are usually very productive considerate and professional. Even the manager in his pink polo contributed to all of this. Not only was the ambiance terrible the food order was wrong but my family and I didint want to encounter a dissapointed interrupted their vibe look from a staff member that always seemed upset at gaving to work. We ate and just left.

This is the worse location I have ever been too! I waited in the line for 30 mins!!! It’s crazy and there is no exit in the drive through to get out or I would of been left. Do yourself a favor do not come to this location it’s worth taking a drive to a different one

3 weeks ago I made a purchase and my receipt had option for online survey in turn would receive free Chikfila sandwich coupon via email.I received confirmation that survey was completed and would get coupon via email. I NEVER received the free offer! As matter of principal, I called Chikfila customer service. Since I trusted the process and didn't save confirmation # , rep. pretty much told be.."too bad..SMH

been having an awful experience at this chic recently i don’t know what’s going on in there but they need to get it together.. they’re forgetting to put food , giving wrong orders, cobb salad with nuggets came w nuggets cut up i think because they wanted to make it seem like there was more chicken than there really was..

This location is literally the WORST of all locations that exist of mankind’s of Chic Fil A’s. Ann the Manager has a permanent scowl on her face which is very unpleasant working in customer service. This location is full of teenagers that have either all been trained by McDonalds or this location either did not invest in the Chic Fil A training. Out of the 3/4 time I have been here the experience has always been poor and sub par. All locations I have purchased a chocolate chip cookie, it has come warmed. Surprising, this location does not. If I would have known that, I would have not placed an order and wasted my money. And this review is not just about this item, but this is just an example. The associates do not hardly acknowledge you when giving you, your food or placing an order. They are too busy talking, joking, and laughing amongst themselves and the customer is there to just pass the time. Even taking the order is so dry, like they do not want to be there but I can see there example’s because the managers do not show any customer service skills either. They have finally seen my last dollar!
