Breakfast Menu "Chick-fil-A" Pleasanton

Like most Chick-fil-A's I've visited, this one was efficient as most. I came here during lunch hour and man was this place packed. The drive thru was ridiculously long but that didn't stop the workers from carrying out a positive attitude. I was greeted by a kind woman by the name of Lisa who took my order. The facility is one of the largest establishments I've ever visited and it also has an active working play pen for children. If you can find a parking spot, I'd definitely come by for lunch. The Chick-fil-A positive experience continues.

My first ever Chick-fil-A and you gotto get the nuggets! Such mouth watering juicy creation! Even though it’s branded as a fast-food, there’s lots of salad options! We definitely felt healthier after dining here!

The Menu is limited and not designed for a real meal. Most of the items you have to add on which is almost like a restaurant Price. For example a Vanilla milkshake is above$5 where as at other Fast food restaurants it's half the price. Especially as it's not a signature dish of Chick-fil-A Chicken is their specialty but sauces are 3rd grade nothing so special about the taste. The tomato catch-up even for dine in is in the packets. All sauces contain preservatives so I am pretty sure not a good place for health conscious dining. Employees are good and good service and clean tables. Majority of the business is drive thru so anytime if you walk in getting a seat is not an issue. I think they need to spend some money on doing more research on customer needs instead of simply relying on a good taste chicken fry patty on a bun. The Potato fries were soggy and I won't recommend (my personal taste perhaps). It's not a family enjoy go to place. The kids play area is poorly designed. The Menu selection is limited. Even if you order the meal with Vegetables, it lacks the volume and taste. Hope they will make improvements....

in reality food was pretty hood and service was also good but the place was supper busy and table floor and bathrooms were not clean at all I found it wasteful to see that they will bring food to your table and are supper nice about it but they have a way of wasting a lot of stuff for instance there was six of us eating and the food came ina tray and 3 bags plus 2 drink containers that will immediately became useless as soon as it touched out table I saw at least 30 tables turnover while seating there in less than an hour that means 40paper bags and at least 30 drink carriers that just got wasted while it may be faster i felt bad about just throwing them away without a single care most places will give you the drinks and food will bile picked up or brought by tray not here floors were dirty and place didn't look supper nice my nice old style wooden table was very sticky so I had to go to the bathroom and get some paper towels with sanitizer to help out a little bit we order 4 spicy chicken only one with pickles yet I got 3 with pickles and only one without i know they are busy and in a hurry plus the pickles are set right on the buns so even if we remove them the juice already got soaked in the bread NICE PEOPLE GOOD FOOD BUT TO FOCUS ON MOVING MASSES FORGETTING THE BASIC THINGS .... I PROBALY WOULD NOT COME.BACK TO THIS PLACE ...

I've had Chick FIL A before but this is my first time at this location. The food is not bad but a bit over rated. They used to have 6 piece nuggets but now it's only 5 per order and very tiny. And I would have liked my fries a little crunchier but instead they were soft. The lines are long but they move quite fast. You get a tag and they bring your food to your table. They have friendly hard workers here. And they take their jobs seriously. At least they don't look like they were hired from the law breaking side show participants you see in Oakland. I would avoid the drive thru area. It gets so congested that they use people to direct traffic. This causes people who want to dine in not able to park nearby.

No pics. I ate it all beforehand. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the food was delicious. I ordered the 12 count chicken nuggets with sweet and sour sauce, the mac and cheese and fresh squeezed lemonade. The nuggets were crispy and tender, and the sauce was tangy and flavorful. The mac and cheese was creamy and cheesy, and the lemonade was refreshing and sweet. I enjoyed every bite of my meal, and I felt totally satisfied.

Although my most recent visit was not the freshest, I will say that this is by far the best Chick-fil-A in the East Bay. Very rarely is a order wrong and they are very quick to get everything out, hot & fresh.

From the moment I stepped in, Kyle greeted me with a big smile and made sure I had a fantastic experience. Kyle's friendly and genuine hospitality made me feel right at home. He went above and beyond, answering all my questions and giving great recommendations. In my opinion, Kyle deserves a raise for his outstanding service. Ethan R - Great Service!!! In my opinion, Ethan should be the next store manager. Great service, he clearly runs the store behind in the shadows, guy behind the guy, the man himself. Would recommend this location awesome staff.
