Breakfast Menu "Chick-fil-A" Plantation

This is the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to and experienced. The fries are always hard/over fired or taste like they have been sitting. They pick and choose when they want to close early. I showed up at 8:44pm one night and they said they were closed, that has never happed at any other Chick-fil-A I have been to in my life. The staff are unprofessional and it always takes SO LONG to order and get your food. I have ordered online and still people who waited in line 5-10 minutes and ordered after me have still gotten their food before me. It's quite ridiculous. I won't eat here again. I refuse to continue to give my money to this business for poor service and unsatisfactory customer service.

Worst chick-fil-a in South Florida! Imagine getting attitude from an employee when you kindly let them know that you didn’t receive sauces for an order you ordered on the app for curbside pickup, waiting an additional 15 mins for sauces ( best part? They weren’t even the right sauces) if you want to have a terrible experience, this is the place to go!

This Chick-fil-A location was pretty good! The service was really fast and the employees were nice. The food was absolutely delicious as always ☺️ The reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because two of the employees that helped give me my order didn't say "my pleasure" after I said thank you. I think this was the first time this had ever happened to me and it was really odd.

If I could give a 0 I would!!!! My mother had lunch there (senior citizen) she asked the cashier if she could get refills on the lemonade the cashier stated she could. After drinking her lemonade she went up asking for a refill and chick fila sauce the manager on duty then came up after the cashier gave her a refill He said to her very abruptly “GIVE ME THE LEMONADE BACK OR YOU CANNOT HAVE A SAUCE!!!” My mother stated they said I could have a refill He replied NOT ON LEMONADE! She said can you give me a sauce please he said NO! Give me the lemonade! My mother called me in tears because he was sooo rude to her! I who have always raved about the service provided was very disappointed and upset to say the least. No one should be treated so poorly.. Especially at an establishment that prides itself on service and is based on Christian principles.

Excellent customer service and the chicken fillet sandwich was fresh and tasty!

I usually do not write a Review but this need to be address so the owner or management need to make a change to prevent tarnishing the brand. I left the store at the mall around 5:30pm, I was the only one in Line waiting for over 3 mntt while 4 staff chit chatting not even acknowledge me, 1 staff came to place an online order ( short light skin ), after putting the order on the POS she looked at me and turn around calling her coworker to help me ! who also did not make an effort. Finally staff black tall kid red shirt came to take my order. Food : my deluxe order : Colby jack cheese slice cold! and hard on top on my chicken not melted! I only had 2 bites , drink my lemonade and my fries. I think management need retrain these staff especially the customer service Part. This is not Chick Fil A like .

The food at this chick-fil-a is horrible. Just drive 8 mins up the road to the other chick fila if you want something that’s actually edible. Staff was polite though so Ill give 1 star.
