Breakfast Menu "Chick-fil-A" Pflugerville

I went through the drive-thru to get a Spicy Southwest salad, fries and a coke. Seemed simply enough. The team member seemed to agitated with her job/day, as she was rushing me. I realized it wasn’t worth it to make a comment towards it. The wait in line was ridiculous. The drive home was only 10 minutes or less and once I got home, I realized there was NO salad dressing and the fries were cold and soggy. So, did I have a blessed day? Not here, not at Chick Hate A. 2/10 would not come back. Take your business to the whataburger next to it, they’re always speedy and never get my order wrong.

Everyone’s really nice and respectful! I love coming to this Chick-fil-a in particular. They always make my day. Sweet staff!

Great! I spend quite a bit of money at this Chick-fil-A spot my grand children are teenagers now and this location started w us being in drive through on their first day!! But ever since the original owner passed!! He was a wonderful caring Gentleman and no meal was imperfect!! Now I ordered a Cobb salad and it looked like someone had chewed the bacon (ugh)!! Everything went in the trash!! So sick I could not even drink my drink!! We've been customers of Chick-fil-A since their location at North Cross Mall in Austin. Our kiddos were small. Very, very disappointed 😞 Shame shame on those uncaring people .

Went through the drive-thru to get a Cobb salad. I specifically asked for blue cheese crumbles. When I got home and opened the salad there was absolutely no blue cheese crumbles even though the label on the top of the salad said there was....on top of the fact that there was supposed to be roasted corn on top, I found about five kernels of corn down at the bottom of the salad. Almost the whole entire salad was the hard white chunks of the lettuce that you can't even chew so I had to pull all of them out... it was the most horrible salad and wasn't even worth the money I spent which was almost $11!!!!

Honestly who complains about Chick-fil-A? The service is always top tier and the food is always good. The drive thru lines are always long... But the customer service makes up for it.

I’ve noticed over the past year that Chick-fil-a’s quality has been going down but it sadly hit a new low for me this past Friday. My partner and I ordered for pickup because we were trying to make a movie. Placed the order, left with the perfect amount of time to pick up the food and make the movie. However when arriving it took the staff 10 minutes to tell us they didn’t have our order. We confirmed that the order was placed at the right location. We waited another 10 minutes only to find they actually did make our food and had placed the bag somewhere behind the counter and not on the shelf where finished online order go. Thanks to all this, we were super late to the movie and our food was ice cold. To add to that, the chicken was obviously cooked in nasty, super old oil, my sprite was just soda water with no syrup, and my large fries were less than half full. Not planning in returning after this experience.

The line was outrageous I love chicken but the wait was outrageous And chicken, violated my taste buds with the saltiness. And the fries were of the ocean. And disappointment, was clear go to another chick fila.

Extremely disappointed with the service from this location. My fries AND chicken were both lukewarm by the time I got them. The chicken was toughen and there was barely any seasoning on anything. Just cold and bland. Couldn't even finish it, it was so gross. At least the lemonade was good.
