Breakfast Menu "Chick-fil-A" Pensacola

The extra steps that this location takes to support our community is unlike any that we've experienced. We had a Chick-fil-A located very close to another duty station that was CONUS (STRATcom in Nebraska) and that location had some involvement with the base; but nothing compared to this location! The owner & staff at this location has risen to a level of "Above and Beyond" on several occasions since we've been living in Pensacola. My husband was very involved with the Security Forces on 'the big base' and was involved in that one specific incident that impacted our community and the base in a way that has never been experienced in the history of the base; and hopefully it will never be experienced again. One of the mornings following the active shooter, my husband went through the drive-thru to get breakfast for his crew, and he found when he had gotten back to the base, that they had included, in his order, a card that had been signed by every member of the staff at this location. My husband was humbled by the gesture, and it just brought me to tears. While it wasn't surprising, as this location is very involved with events happening on the base, it was still something I would consider to be "Above and beyond". They've also perfected ordering from the app and picking up the order. We've never witnessed a location working as effectively as this location. The staff is always pleasant and friendly, they even called our dog by his name when he rode with my husband to pick up food! Just a great group of employees! The food is always prepared fresh, the salad is usually my favorite in the warmer months, and they always take note to remove the items that I can't consume. From their sandwiches to their fries to their nuggets, we can always count on our order being accurate and freshly made. We're so grateful to the owner and his management team for the exceptional operation of this location and the product that they serve.

All employees that work this location are all so sweet. Service was outstanding!! When I go to the base this is where il be eating. NAS PENSACOLA ROCKS!!!

I usually don't have a problem ordering here except for today. I ordered a salad for lunch and specified no corn on my cob salad, I am very allergic to corn. When I received my salad it was covered in corn, I unfortunately ended up throwing it away. Everything else i ordered was good tho :)

Always friendly and food ready at most a few minutes. Caring and helpful. You don't ignored, I've had two people in a row ask and not walk right by ✌️👍. Always enjoy coming in.

There is no playground at this location. When you Google Chick fil A locations is says they have one but NOPE! Very disappointing since we look for one that has one and when we got there it was completely gone. Disappointing. Food was still excellent and the staff friendly and helpful! Also when you get there to park they have way too may curbside spots and then the exit to the small parking blocked. So you think you can go in the nope it's one curbside spot after another then you get stuck and have to back up hoping no one else is behind you.

In my whole 15 years of ordering from chick-fil-a!!! I have never left disappointed…. UNTIL TODAY! Just know that…. ✋😒🚩

This Chick fil A was clean and the staff were very nice. The food was hot, fresh and tasted great!

Chik-Fil-A on Navy is always quick, fast and accurate orders, plus the service tram is always friendly. And you can get their full menu at breakfast, you just may have to wait a few extra minutes for those nuggets or chicken sandwich (but it’s worth the wait).
