This is probably one of my favorite fast food restaurants for the quality food and excellent customer service. Chick-fil-A deluxe in a lettuce/protein wrap with large waffle fries and lots of Chick-Fil-A sauce. The sandwich was delicious as always and the waffle fries are phenomenal especially with their signature sauce! Their strawberry shake was also great and finished off the meal perfectly. I’d definitely come back here again and the workers always doing their best to make your dining experience best. Stasia and Dylan for making my take out order awesome!
Well I've never met anyone who didn't like Chick-fil-A. I enjoy many items on their menu. Today I had a hankering for their chocolate chip cookies. I ordered the six pack. I am eating them now as I am giving the rating. Five stars, two thumbs up, and a wink 😉 from my right eye! LOL
ARE YOU SERIOUS?!? FLIES INSIDE SEALED SALAD? This is disgusting and appalling. I've dealt with missing items and incorrect orders in the past, however the staff is typically awesome. However, this is NOT ACEEPTABLE and definitely QUESTIONS EVERYTHING about this location! Sad to say, my family have been coming here since they first opened. Update: Went back to swap out the salad with the fly still flying around inside, and no sense of remorse or apology from the "manager" who we spoke to.
Busy during rush hours as the lunch time for nearby students and school staff. Plenty of seats for sitting down, grabbing food and doing some work. The drive through space might not be enough and foresee a long waiting lane.
Always a joy to go to the Pasadena Chick-fil-A. I normally get a Spicy Chicken Deluxe with a side of Mac & Cheese and a Cherry Coke. Always fresh and hot, juicy and delicious! Excellent service - fast and friendly. Ensuring that your experience is a good one! Clean restrooms, and a spacious lobby. Plus with WiFi and outlets, this location is ideal for studying. Drive through can get busy during lunch and dinner, which results in a long line spilling along Bonnie Ave. I recommend ordering carryout or curbside pick up. Good service, good food, and reliable. Def recommend!
I've been here a fair share of times. Today the sandwich looked really bad and the chicken was neither crispy nor tender. It tasted alright. Service is great per usual. Hope they do a better job next time. Maybe it's my dyed hair, and pink bag I had? Idk the chick fil a on Hollywood tastes way better, juicier thicker meats and better presentation.
They screwed up my order. It was a big order, approx $61. I should have checked for completeness. They omitted two 4-tender meals. Discovered this when I got home. The food was extremely salty this time. This was walk-in, take-out. The order-taker was very nice. He's the one that took the bags to us. He should have checked for completeness. Fries were good. At this location, parking makes you walk through the car line to get inside. Be aware of your surroundings. This particular location is super busy.
Besides that many things with my mobile order were wrong. They didn’t want to add extras to my salad when the app allows me to add it (was going to pay for extra charge) and I’ve done it many times before. Aside from that they tried charging me for the 2nd dressing when I’ve never been charged in any location and the mobile order also doesn’t charge. I don’t know if this location changed management but it’s clearly declining on costumer service. Come here all the time, usually busy and long wait/lines but this whole “extra charge” and changed my order because they’re getting lazy was out of hand
