I realize you all are very busy majority of the day, but please please make sure you’re giving people the correct food. My 75 year old parents received 2 SPICY chicken sandwiches which they dearly paid for after. Neither of them handle spice well.

The best fast food chain anywhere in the country. First they have the best customer service anywhere, that is the biggest difference for me. The food is amazing, I love the Market Salad with Warm Grilled Chicken. I love the online curbside pickup I use it every time now. Update: Their breakfast is delicious as well. They do a great job with providing sauces that you ask for when ordering via mobile. Very surprised how good their Strawberry Jam was with the Bagel sandwiches.

Good service, food, and very quick. Only complaint is the bathroom really needed some attention.

Foods always good, can be a little expensive in my opinion. Love all the sauces available, especially the Chick-fil-A sauce of course. This location drivethru always seems slower to me. One complaint is they always tend to put pickles even when I order it without and remind them at the end of my order. Otherwise all is great here, good food, good service.

Our group was given a tour by the store management and we really appreciated it. Thank you for having vegan option of a veggie wrap. It was delicious and healthy with the Italian dressing

I L💛VE Chick-fil-A. Who doesn't?! But the Oxnard location drive-thru SUCKS. (Especially during dinner rush) Yes, sucks in Capital Letters. There are cars waiting to turn into the drive thru from the left, right, and from Rose. Don't even park at the spots facing Rose - you will get locked in from the drive-thru line. All-in-all, staff does a good job, and food is always Gold Standard. I hope they build a location in Camarillo.

Always delicious! Such a good alternative when you just don't feel like a burger. The chicken is always juicy and tender. Plus the staff is 100% nice every time I've been to any location! This is one place I would rather take my child to get a kids meal. The real chicken nuggets plus the choice of fruit to keep it balanced. Not one negative comment I can think of.
