Their food is ALWAYS fast & fresh. This is the BEST chic fil-a location in Baltimore County! It's worth the drive! The owner clearly takes pride in hiring decent hardworking employees! The Nearby Chic fil-a locations are horrible!!!
You always know what you’re getting with Chick-fil-a. Their food is pretty delicious, though honestly it’s pretty expensive. A dinner for 2 will often run us about $30, which is pretty pricy considering it’s fast food. As we know, the staff are always very friendly and helpful, I’ve never had a negative experience, this alone makes me willing to pay the extra money to avoid going to other fast food restaurants.
I have officially learned my lesson to never ever patronize this location. First issue is I suspect I got food poisoning from a chicken sandwich there so I ordered the salads after that. Second issue was the salad I ordered was given to someone else and I didn’t realize the issue until I reached my destination. I gave them too much credit since I was used to getting top notch service at other locations. Last and final issue was this evening I ordered another salad and while they did give me the correct salad the bag contained no utensils or napkins. So I called the location and dialed for the manager and the phone kept ringing. I intended to eat my salad right away so I had to drive back and go in the drive through again just to get utensils. The young person at the window was about to give me another person’s order and I let her know what I needed. She said ok and handed it to me and I thanked her. She just looked at me. I said the least you can do is say you’re welcome since you *%#*ed up my order. What happened to my pleasure. Never at this location. I will gladly drive to the one close to Best Buy.
Simply asked them to put 2 milkshakes I payed for in a larger cup. Nope. Could not be bothered. Already had issues with this location with shakes before. Went right up the street and the one in Reisterstown was willing to cooperate. This location could use the lesson. I see a lot of the owner defending but not apologizing on some of these reviews, just saying
Never patronizing this location ever again! Bad attitude, food received is not correct, and this is not a one off experience! McDonald's across the street has better attitudes than these people employed at this particular location. They are destroying your brand Chik FIL A.
Total suburban setting of Owing Mills, so off the scale. Nuggets where very tasty, lemonade was popping, the surrounding show's Maryland got some get up and go kudo's.
The worse morning crew in a chic fil a in Baltimore. Literally get stared down by bug eyed weirdos as soon as you walk in, for no reason (I hope there’s no reason). Worst vibes out of any chic fil a in Bmore. Has been like this since 2019 at least. Only good part was the food.
Placed a curbside order at 10:15a for breakfast and drove 20 mins to this location. I was unable to check in at curbside, so I went into the building. Long story short, the cashier told me I wasted my time and gas coming to this location because breakfast orders not picked up by 10:30 won’t be made regardless if I placed the order before 10:30. Remind you it’s 10:35a and I know for a fact they still had breakfast in the back. They did nothing to assist me and the cashier basically had an attitude. Chick-fil-A supposedly has the best customer service NOT THIS LOCATION.
