Simple- spicy chicken meal. What’s do I receive? Sausage egg and cheese. I made it so easy for them, it was placed on DoorDash, with names attached for Goodness sakes. I get an order that says George. So, now George doesn’t have his breakfast and neither do I. I’m so sick of society accepting absolute ignorance. It’s not a coincidence that Every. Single. Time people go out to eat and spend a MINIMUM of $25 for a small fast food meal, the meal is entirely wrong, cold, items missing. No one gives a care anymore. No one is apologetic. I mean, it’s not their food. Everyone has their head in the clouds and lacks professionalism. It’s not even a matter of a slight inconvenience. As I said, every time we go out to eat, get groceries, pay a bill, etc. we have a strange experience with staff which is a reflection upon society losing it. No matter where we are. How difficult is it to make sure you are double checking the ticket before placing items into a bag? And the fact that people think you don’t have a right to be upset? Lol. What a world.

This is a good Chick-fil-A location, but not the best. Lunch rush should not be an excuse for subpar food. Half of my nuggets were burnt as well as me and my son's fries being too overdone. Things like this happen here a bit too often. Most of the time I ignore it. If it's really bad I'll get management to address the issue. This time like a few others we were on a schedule and could not go back after we ordered. My advice at this location would be to avoid the lunch rush if possible and avoid the drive-through.

I've only gone through the drive through at this location but the staff is great every time and they get you through the line quickly. Love the changes to the drive through likes to accommodate people quicker. Was once told by Chick-fil-A managers that the bottleneck in every restaurant is generally ordering so ordering ahead on the app really speeds everything up and I recommend it.

Ordered delivery, and this was how full my waffle fries and nuggets looked. I feel like I was ripped off considering the price of food these days.

Great service. Fast and courteous. Spotless and bright. Exactly what I have come to expect from Chick fil a. This location in my hometown is the Better of the best. There is a little confusion because some pictures and reviews show a playground or play place but there isn’t one at this location.

My husband came through drive through to buy me a salad. Due to my religion I do not eat pork. My husband asked to not put bacon in the salad and usually there are no issue. The salad came to me with the wrong dressing and of course bacon in it. I ate the salad without realizing that there is bacon in it and when I took my first bite I realized that I just ruined years of my posts. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager, of course I was upset who wouldn’t be in my shoes, people that take religious posts will understand me. Instead of her listening to me like managers would do in her place, speaking from personal experience, she kept on interrupting me and at the end told me that she will not be spoken to as if she’s a child. I asked to speak to another manager, the other manager picked up and was even worst than the first one. They did not care. They had no sympathy, no understanding. I’m writing to let yeh owners of This location know that jolayna and Mel ( that’s is of course if they were truthful with their names) do not care about customer service, their position as managers and what the outcome might be of not realving issues that happen at your restaurant. I wanted to call and simply be listened to but as of now I am planning to take this higher. I will not be disrespected and spit on after I called to express what an awful think you guys do whne you don’t take peoples orders seriously. I could have had an allergy and died but I was made to be in the wrongs. I’m requesting to speak to Craig Phillips before taking this matter higher. Thank you

The food was just ok. Feels like they don't put love into making the food at this location anymore. That's too bad.

Excellent, friendly, and quick service. There was a very long line up and I don't think we even stopped our truck once through the drive through. Very efficient. Food was great!
