Stopped by this location while driving from Tampa to Jacksonville. I give it 4 stars but it should be five. I ordered a regular chicken sandwich meal, but they gave me a spicy sandwich instead of regular. Now I can understand if I ordered spicy and they gave me mild, but in this case it was the opposite. I’m not a spicy food eater, but it wasn’t that bad. Great service, the very long drive through lines moved pretty quickly

We stopped here at around 6:00 Friday night, super busy but staff were fast working and friendly. It was strange though that they didn’t have cash registers or a delivery system, this led to it being disorganized. We still got our food relatively quickly and everything tasted great.

If I wasn't traveling with a 10yr. old I would not have stopped at any Chick-fil-A much less this location, (Ocala, FL.) This location is way too busy to stop for food that is over priced and not prepared any different to make it taste anything special. I give much credit to the chain for marketing their products as quality food when it is just really fast food. (Purchased for 2 people: 12 piece nuggets, french fries, drink and 12 piece grilled nuggets)

We’ve stopped here a few time on road trips and each time it’s been chaos. The parking lot is a nightmare to navigate— drive thru lanes take over the entire space so there’s no way to park and go in unless you park by the Home Depot. Also the product is average, not the usual Chick-fil-A quality. Attention to detail is lacking— tomatoes were on the wrong sandwich, honey all over the bottom of the boxes of our pimento honey sandwiches. Lastly, the iced coffee tasted like it was drawn from an old well. I know CFA doesn’t highlight coffee as their specialty, but I think their “exceptional” product mindset should extend to the entire menu if it’s going to be sold to guests. I will say, FOH was working really hard to get everyone their orders with a smile which is always refreshing. The only reason I would stop at this CFA location again is because it’s the only one for miles on I-75.

The service was impeccable. The wait staff were very helpful. Our party had two small children and two elderly. Assistance was needed in seating. Picking up food. Utensils. Plus one of the kids made a spill.

The younger girl taking orders in the drive thru line was very fast and pleasant. Got us in and out with a correct order. First time I have ever been to chick fill a. I enjoyed the food and drink. Will definitely be back

Worst Chic-Fil-A ever! Slow, cold food, trash piling up! Who is in charge here??? I normally love Chic-Fil-A but this location is terrible! Go elsewhere!

Always good choice to stop here! This place is busy most of the time but they always provide best service and delicious food! Food fresh and tasty. Place is clean. People are nice and friendly.
