Friendly and very helpful staff. The Cobb salad was quite delicious and healthy. The Delux version of the Original Chicken sandwich is always on point. Absolutely a perfect choice for lunch any day of the week.

So rufe snows Chick-fil-A has always been my go to for the Cobb salad. I was so disappointed I paid almost $11 for the salad and the lettuce was so yellow and brown and had such a bitter taste. Salad and go is half the price with way more toppings. Granted, I do like Chick-fil-A’s chicken better I was really disappointed with the salad today as I took it back to work during my lunch break and was hoping to sit down and have a great lunch at 65% of a salad away 😢

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!! I am a believer in Chick Fil A and have been going there since I was a small boy. I thought this issue was only at the Burleson location, but it seems to be spreading. Where is the quality control in these places?? Owner/Managers of this location - you have to think about the consumer and the fact that they are choosing your location for a number of reasons and one of those reasons is value. You CANNOT deem this to be acceptable for value! Sorry, but it is a joke that this would even leave your front line and make it into a carry-out bag. These large order of fries that I purchased are not what they should be. If this is the quantity to choose to provide, get smaller containers so that it won’t appear that you are ripping off the consumer. The consumer shouldn’t have to do the QC for you. After driving back to tue office today (16 minutes away), what a surprise it was for me to present this to 2 of our employees as an appreciation for their work today. Very embarrassing for me, and it should be even more for you!! I’m actually in the “fence” about going back again. I apologize for the rant, but it is more than warranted.

This facility blows my mind. While always busy, the service is fast and the food is always hot, fresh and good. They take good care of veterans, military, firemen and police officers who frequent this establishment. I do recommend this Chick-fil-A to all. This is a friendly place to eat.

Chick fil a should be ashamed of itself and the way they treat employees. I was in the drive thru and a nice employee was taking my order. It took awhile because my toddlers kept interrupting him and our dog kept trying to get out the window. When the employee was reading back our order somebody who didn't know what was going on got on her walkie talkie and yelled at the employee for taking too long. The employee was embarrassed. I won't be coming back to this location anymore. Shameful.

Worst Ever The line took forever to get through. While ordering at the microphone after she asked for a name she kept saying ma'am. Then Microphone cuts off while ordering.We had to order Three times before they could get the order. Pull up to window to see the employees goofing around and whispering in each other's ear then laughing while trying to take someone else's order. Get food They do not include The sauce or silverware had to go in to get it. Overall won't return to this location

Food was good. We arrived after the breakfast rush. However the wait i didn't understand. The staff taking orders outside was fast then the pick up window was slow. There seemed to be enough staff inside even a staff outside the window Looking tired enough to lay her head on the counter as she waited for orders to come. Then she asked us to drive up and wait a moment (?). Order was right and good. Service every where has declined so much

This is the only chick fil a I have ever had issues with…. Every time I go, no matter what time or day, I always sit at the window at least 15mins. There’s always employees standing outside of the window waiting for my food but never say hi, hello, why my food is taking forever or anything. Just them gossiping and laughing among themselves. I waited 20mins for a cob salad just to get home and realize there’s no salad dressing or the crunchy bell peppers... Then the time before that I went inside and only ordered a 5ct grilled nuggets, no sides or anything, and that took 20mins… Again workers just looked at me and didn’t say a single word. I rather just drive to a nearby Chick Fil A where they are friendly and get my order right.
